the gentleman i met yesterday at an event very nice the chicken was hot but I could go hotter thank you again have a great one guys keep going
I cannot express how wonderful a job he did catering our church event. The food was amazing, even people who claimed to not like hot chicken had several pieces. And don’t sleep on the hot fish!

They were out of ranch, but still charged us for it. Paid $50 for two chicken plates, no ranch, waited an hour, and on top of it all I asked for napkins and they said they didn’t have any.

Let me set the scene: Mount Juliet Fourth of July Celebration. My wife and I both ordered from Hurt’s via the QR code—me at 7:48 PM, her at 7:51 PM. Our confirmation texts said the food would be ready by 8:38 PM. When 8:38 rolled around, we were still 27 orders away. The new estimate? Another 50 minutes. The fireworks started at 9 PM. During the show, I walked up to the truck and politely asked for a refund since we were clearly not getting our food in time. Instead of any ounce of professionalism, I was met with rude, dismissive staff who acted like I was the issue. I gave them our order numbers, and one guy literally scoffed at me and said, “No, what’s ON the orders?” Then he tried offering me some random meal like that would fix everything. I declined and said we’d rather have a refund since the event was basically over. I told them I had replied to the confirmation text requesting a refund, and the guy (who seemed to be in charge) basically waved me off and said, “Then we’ll get to it.” That was it. No apology, no accountability, nothing. This food truck is a joke. Horrible service, no communication, and zero respect for paying customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I don’t get that refund, Hurt’s is going to have a HOT problem. Do yourself a favor—eat anywhere else.

I decided to try the app Too Good To Go and get a surprise bag. Nobody is at this location and as far as I heard from someone else who sells boiled peanuts here says nobody has been here in over three weeks. I called the number on the trailer and all he said is you’re gonna have to get a refund. Sadly, I did not get to try and I don’t know if I would ever waste my time driving back over here. I do hope the family is OK and if anyone ever answers this, maybe I’ll give it another try

I’m at the Full Moon Pickin Party with a variety of food trucks. I’m disappointed that it took a full hour to get my after I ordered. To be successfully with a food truck, it’s not about how fast you take orders. It about how fast you push food out the window. A full hour is not acceptable.

Proper hot tenders. Made fresh and super juicy with the perfect spice level on the medium. The owner Lamont is a super nice guy.
The cheese fries were phenomenal

Food is soo good. The convenience & flavor is phenomenal!
I am a Nashville native. This is the best hot chicken in town. Enough said.
Showed up at a charity event and charged extortionate prices. Then you get a text after ordering, one hour wait for food. You need to to tell people before you take money.
Great food truck!! Excellent hot chicken- mild has a kick but is very good. Definitely recommend!
