The lady at the drive through on 3 different occasions takes orders nicely for about 30 seconds and then if you have multiple items it’s like she personally is inconvenienced. She gets frustrated she can’t hear I’ve heard her say however she gets so rude about the whole experience you’d think you offended her with asking for what you want. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t have people come to the window instead of yell at each other every time. The food is so inconsistent it’s hard to say if they would “mess” with the food based on her body language inside she was very angry so we no longer ever will go here.

Loved the ladies working the morning my family came in for breakfast! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming, food was made fresh and we enjoyed dining in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had a good experience this morning with the crew. They were cheerful and handled my order with accuracy and were super kind I hope they continue to work hard and have good experiences with other customers.

From the time I sat in line to order until we got our food in hand, was 28 minutes. (To go/drive thru). And by the time we got our 5-minute ride home. Just about everything was cold except for the one item that apparently was the hold up. It looks like there were only two workers, who were busting butt so I'm sure being short staffed was the issue. Just disappointing when you pay $30 for four sandwiches and they aren't even warm when you get home.

Rutledge is a very small town and not a lot of options when it comes to getting a quick bite to eat that being said the Hardee's here has very good food, the employees are so nice and polite, I would recommend eating here

Stopped by the Hardee's at Rutledge Pike on my way home from work last night and tonight (just before 8pm). Both nights my order was not quite the way that I ordered it. Since I live just 10mins away, I place my order to go and eat it after I get home.... that's when I notice the mistakes. Since I've payed over $12 each time for a large meal I expect my order to be correct when they get it ready at the store with care and accuracy by a job well done. Is that too much to ask? With all of the recent bad reviews of this new store, I'm hesitant about giving them another chance.

Placed an online order 3 chicken tenders curly fries and drink. Get to window the girl had no clue she tried to collect money for the order behind me. When I told her I had an online order and I again gave her my name she handed me a bag and I had to tell her what drink I had when I looked in bag the order was not right I should have gotten 3 tenders and curly fries what I got was 2 chicken tenders and fries she looked at me and said I got my order. I didn't have time to argue I have 30 minute lunch. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HARDEES EVER AGAIN
