Poor service and office management. Seth called me from his cell phone and declined to make 3 six inch sandwiches and 2 cheese pizzas at 6:30pm on a weekend and said it was too large of an order for them to handle and that it should have been a catering order. Also declined to return my money. The store manager then took weeks to respond to me and then asked me to come into the store to discuss a possible refund. No thank you. I placed my order on your app and it is clear my order wasn't made by your staff. Refund should have been given immediately.

Yet again Subway in Rutledge is closed! The lights were on, the open sign was on and you could see the rolls out and all the fixings were out but the door was locked and the girl inside walked out front twice and she wiped her hand across her neck and said we're closed! According to their website it says they are open. It's bad enough we even wanted to try Subway in Rutledge again because the subs are not good. I tried to call and no answer! Disgusting how Subway let's it's franchises mess with their reputation because I've never had a bad sub or situation anywhere but here!

Frankly an incredible Subway, the best I've ever been to. It's always very clean, the food is kept in lidded containers and is always fresh, the employees are quick, helpful, and friendly. A+, no notes, I always enjoy stopping in when I'm in the area and I'll do so again in the future.

The staff were more inviting than usual I would give it another try. If you have any issues I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Nate. Would recommend a stop by. Has my attention to go back with trust.

The food is overpriced. It's just bread and deli meat come on. Better off making your own. Supply your workers with a working ice machine. You didn't have a working ice machine over a year ago. I wont be coming back. The workers provided great service though.

My family and I just moved to Blain in December 2024. My oldest daughter and I stopped in to see if they were hiring for one of my oldest kids. The manager was/is so sweet she sets the perfect inviting atmosphere. The sandwich artists were attentive, sweet and gave me and kid a great experience while ordering and applying for a job app&interview for my oldest. We felt welcomed, well fed with a delicious sub, (yes I paid lol), and a great work home our my senior graduate. Thank you for filling our bellies and also for providing not just a service because its a job but showing that its all y'alls passion and love what you do. It shows, new continuous customer!!

Ordered online and went to pick up around 8:30 cause they don't close until 9. Got to the restaurant around 8:35 and the worker had an attitude. We walked in and she said is this a pick up order and I said yes she proceeds to finish my order by throwing the lettuce and other veggies on my sandwich and throwing things around like it was an inconvenience to fix my order. She was very rude and unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job maybe she should quit. After going out to the parking lot I witnessed some lady going into the restaurant with a dog and it wasn't a service dog. Food wasn't fixed to the specifics that I requested. Very disappointed. Just ate the 4th sub from last night and it was the worst the stuff was just thrown on in piles. Had oil and vinegar put on and it was soggy with vinegar. This is the second time I have encountered this person The first time was a few months ago and went down to pick up order and they already had the restaurant closed and it wasn't even 8:30. This is highly unprofessional I have worked at restaurants before and you don't close the restaurant until the closing time.

Me and my aunt went last night to pick up and online order. Lady was throwing lids around didn't cover the food back up and had a attitude when we got our food and got out to the vehicle a lady went in with a puppy that wasn't a service dog and when we got home the brown bag she put two of the sandwiches in was soaked from oil and vinegar that she drenched the sandwich in.

1 crew person working, who was very professional, but the Italian herb & cheese bread was a medium brown (baked too long) and tough. I started to ask for another but all loaves looked this way. Got a pizza also and when ask what kind of cheese I asked for the fresh mozzarella and was told they stopped carrying this so I said just give me the shredded mozzarella and was told they quit carrying all mozzarella. ??? So I had to use shredded (yellow) American or cheddar which is unacceptable on pizza. Mozzarella is used and several sandwiches, meatball, pizza, etc and he says yea that’s the most popular cheese we had. Why would Subway stop using their most popular cheese? I never complain or post comments but this is bad business. This is my local and favorite Subway but it’s going downhill fast.

I don’t know what’s going on subway on Norris terrible I’ve never had a problem I go there at least once a week. This is my first bad experience the server was nice Obviously new the BMT Was good, but the steak sandwich it was terrible. I normally do not weigh the meat but this looked So weird that I did when I got home 2 ounces I have been a long time subway, Fann I know that’s not right and I got a cinnamon stick started to eat it on my way out it was So hard I could not bite it . I turned around and told the guy it was hard he said yeah that’s what happens. If you don’t eat it that I told him I’m still in the store. How fast do you have to eat it? I haven’t left the building. I love. The north subway I went past 2 other Subway to get to that one. I understand Washing Food cost but Wow
