I don’t know what’s going on subway on Norris terrible I’ve never had a problem I go there at least once a week. This is my first bad experience the server was nice Obviously new the BMT Was good, but the steak sandwich it was terrible. I normally do not weigh the meat but this looked So weird that I did when I got home 2 ounces I have been a long time subway, Fann I know that’s not right and I got a cinnamon stick started to eat it on my way out it was So hard I could not bite it . I turned around and told the guy it was hard he said yeah that’s what happens. If you don’t eat it that I told him I’m still in the store. How fast do you have to eat it? I haven’t left the building. I love. The north subway I went past 2 other Subway to get to that one. I understand Washing Food cost but Wow

placed order at this store, rather than my local store. totally my mistake, but I tried calling multiplie times within 2 days, and I never got an answer. I wasn't able to pick up the food I spend $25 on, as this location was over 30 mins from me. I understand this was my mistake, but I should have been refunded the money since I didn't get the food. I even left a $10 tip lol.

Not what we were expecting. Waiter was coughing at table and behind. Lot of tables uncleared. Below expectation on food too!
They were out of rotisserie chicken, which was very disappointing. Nothing was stocked as far as the veggies. There was two people working but only one making sandwiches. So service was slow and they were out of cookies.
