My husband and I had a bad experience at Dae Break this morning. I ordered the cheese omelet which was good and hot. It was obvious it had been made to order. The coffee was good. The grits were instant and it was a very small portion for $3.00. I asked the waitress about the small portion and she said it was "one packet". My husband ordered the sausage platter. This was our first trip to this restaurant. The food was very good and hot as was the coffee. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The things that we were not impressed with was the floor was not swept, the tables and window sills were dirty and needed cleaning and when the regulars came in they were quickly taken care of rather than wait. We probably will not be back.
