For a fast food place this is as good as it can get. The restaurant was very clean the atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Service was great, the food was above par for a fast food restaurant. We had the chicken fried steak sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich with tater tots and everything tasted great even got a side of gravy you dip the chicken fried steak sandwich in.

Not from here originally but I don't know of anywhere that considers gravy and biscuit a finger food. Is a plastic fork part of the meal or is that an extra charge? Went thru the drive thru.

Hardees.i like there food but they need to learn that Hardee's coupons can be used twice on same pickup .heavy set black girl is a pitiful person and I will not even go there if I see her vehicle .she cant read a coupon.her vehicle tag says handicapped and I do believe it .lol nderfull people treat you like family n best food in town .

My grandmother has been sick and I havent been in savannah for awhile, used to eat here all the time, was in town and stopped by to grab a bite thursday. I was sitting almost in the back of the store, i was next to the bars in one of the booths. I could hear one of the cooks using profane words and not speaking very polite to her coworkers, i am very suprised at this due to never having witnessed this before here or anywhere else for that matter. I have no clue what the ladys name is but i do know she is an old woman, with a poor attitude and a lack of consideration for others from what I could see. If you want to go eat with your family dont go here because it isnt a family oriented atmosphere here at all. Im glad my kids were not with me to hear that! Very disappointed in my experience due to this old lady who was cooking thursday. Im not sure why whoever is the manager here allows this to happen. As high as the prices have gotten here for food, the customer experience should be absolutely phenomenal. When you are paying the same price for fast food, that you would pay at a dine in restaurant, not fast food, you should at least recieve the same level of service and customer experience, even from the cook. My recommendation is either stick her where she cant be heard or get rid of her, whoever she is. I will not be back here to eat unfortunately... im just so glad my children wasnt with me to hear her!
This Hardee’s is the best! Our baseball team had traveled to Savannah Tennessee for the state tournament, and we came in with an order for 40 biscuits. They accommodated us and were so friendly and speedy, while also waiting on other customers! All the staff worked together and I can’t say how kind!! They could teach lessons in hospitality!! Keep it up!!!

I haven’t had Hardee’s in a 2-3 years, the one in my town (Florence, Al.) shut down several years ago due to bad management. This Hardee’s was great, the manager was working the front line and all the employees were doing their individual jobs like a well oiled machine, there were 3 people in front of us when we walked in and as we were in line the flood gates opened up of customers coming in and the service continues to flow smoothly. We get our food within 3-4 minutes which to me is very quick, it was fresh and delicious as I expect Hardee’s to be. I was very satisfied as it met my expectations I had as I had in my mind for the previous 40 miles before arrival. I wished the company that owns that Hardee’s would open one in Florence, Al.

If your bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is too and you can see it from where you're standing in this place. Plus the folks are always friendly.
