It was nice to find a fast food restaurant in Savannah, Tennessee that knows customer service. The manager clearly knows how to motivate the employees to deliver a quality meal and take care of customers needs. The bathrooms and restaurant area were clean. Our food was delicious, delivered fresh and hot. The music was at a pleasant volume. The drive through was busy and I could tell everything was running efficiently. I was surprised there weren't more dine in customers....
For a fast food place this is as good as it can get. The restaurant was very clean the atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Service was great, the food was above par for a fast food restaurant. We had the chicken fried steak sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich with tater tots and everything tasted great even got a side of gravy you dip the chicken fried steak sandwich in.
This Hardee’s is the best! Our baseball team had traveled to Savannah Tennessee for the state tournament, and we came in with an order for 40 biscuits. They accommodated us and were so friendly and speedy, while also waiting on other customers! All the staff worked together and I can’t say how kind!! They could teach lessons in hospitality!! Keep it up!!!
