This place was awful it was dirty the hash browns were burnt and " free waffle Wednesday" is not true they charged me for my 3 year olds waffle 9.00 waffle only!!!! I was furious because my son and I ate regular meals and I was thinking maybe 28$ ticket and 5-7 dollar tip and instead it was 50$!!!! For 1 adult and a 6 year old that's ridiculous and to lie and say that the 3-year-old gets a free waffle and then charge full price for an adult waffle is crazy and tell me there's nothing you can do about it!!! I was also told that the children's drinks were free they were full charge!!! I will not be coming back!!

This was my first and last time eating at a huddle house. The main reason was my waitress. She was the rudest person I have ever seen working in a restaurant. She gave us coffee an waited 10 minutes to give us some sugar and cream. Gave us are pancakes an waited 10 minutes for syrup. Every time we would say something She argued and acted like we were liars. We were there at least 2 hours or more an still didn't get all the orders an again acted like we were liars. I asked to talk to the manager an she said she was the manager. I almost fainted when she said that. She wouldn't refund the food that was missing. Wanted us to take it to go I said I wasn't waiting no longer. An again said we were not there that long. Worst place I have ever been at. Argued with everything we said..

We stopped by to eat and the doors were locked while the restaurant had people inside eating. We were not the only people that stopped by to try to dine in. No signage about special closures, no acknowledgment from any staff or patrons about the locked doors. Very weird.

Staff was openly hostile and waitress did not check on us. After we got up to refill our own drinks waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. The place was filthy, almost all tables were dirty and the floors had food all over them. I will never be coming back here.

Horrible place! Floors were greesy with food on them. Staff was as slow as a snail. Food was not cooked properly. Tables were dirty. Just a filthy place the staff did not care about anything.
Everything was good except the price. $2.59 for extra eggs that have to come from the smallest chicken ever, and an extra $1.00 to add cheese.

Waited an hour or more for food.. Don't ask for an extra sausage with your meal, it'll cost you your sausage. $50 for two people.

My husband and I went in for breakfast today and we had two lovely ladies, Sherlon Hicks (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and her daughter (I am so sorry, I forgot her name but I know it starts with an ‘S’ something like Shannel ??) wait on us. They were absolutely amazing and friendly. This was the second time we have been in this Huddle House since we moved to Savannah and received excellent service both times without having to wait. We were greeted right away by Sherlon, and was asked what we would like to drink and brought us our menus immediately. She made sure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely conversation with both of these wonderful ladies. It felt good to have someone wait on us that were so thoughtful and caring. Thank you both for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be seeing you both again soon. The only thing that was wrong was the biscuit was hard. I think they were microwaved which I am not fond of but I didn’t complain or say anything. Otherwise our food was very good.
