Our waitress, Sherlon and the cook were awesome. The cook, Lee, is so talented. Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time and our waitress, Sherlon, was friendly, polite, accurate on our party of 4 orders then promptly served them! We will be back!!!

Awful experience. Brought family here that came in from out of town, and half of our order was missing. Had to ask over and over again for what they forgot to bring us. The burgers were completely wrong, never put strawberry on pancakes like asked for, forgot 2 orders of pancakes, for got a order that was supposed to be 3 eggs when finally got it was only 2, forgot order of hashbrowns, forgot biscuit and gravey when finally got that the graveyard was refrigerator cold, had to ask multiple times for a glass of milk that was forgot, never once did we even get asked for a drink refill. While the whole time when we told the waitress what was never brought to us we got attitude about it. It's crazy all this was forgot to be given to us we were still charged full price. Horrible experience. Would definitely not recommend or even think of bringing family back here. They can definitely do better!!

Atmosphere and service are great and they've got one lady cook that can cook so very well, but the others, not so much. I personally don't like brown lace on my eggs or omelet, especially when they're not exactly cheap. I love their fluffy egg omelets, not brown, thin, lacey/crunchy ones

So let's start off by saying if waffle house had a sister this is the place. The atmosphere was really chill, quite and the service was very good. The food was ok. It probably taste best when you are very hungry or high and drunk. I ordered a tripple smashed burger with out the buns (im on diet) my wife ordered a double smashed burger and my 5yr old son order a steak and mac and cheese. I also ordered jalapeno poppers which was cooked weird like they were all falling apart but like they weren't cook all the way but it was crispy but it was. I wouldn't knock it off the list because in this location its not much to pick from. The music selection was pretty awesome old school.
We had to wait over an hour to receive our food. When we finally got it, it was cold and barely edible. The biscuit was under done The waffle was as flat as a pancake. The bacon was burnt. The grits were gelatinus. The fruit cup was shriveled and brown. We had to request silverware Every single condiment came one at a time or not at all. We had to request to have our empty cups refilled. As this was my first stop at this location, I can not say if this is normal or due to a staff shortage. I will say I will never stop at that location EVER AGAIN. Let me add that they added a surcharge for using eggs in my OMELET even though egg prices have dropped dramatically!

Ordered a omelet with hashbrowns ended up soaking up the grease with napkins and determined that it was not edible sent it back. Another cook remade it wasn't the best but I ate it. Overall decided not to go back there.

The manager is a self righteous b*tch who wants to scold you like a child for being upset when you spend $40 and it’s HER place’s fault it’s wrong. I didn’t cuss her or anything but showed attitude bc I am upset. And she can’t handle it.
Literally told her maybe she should pay her people better and hire people “perhaps people wouldn’t be so angry” and she no joke said “you come back here and do it” LADY I HAVE. For over a decade I’ve been cussed out and all kinds when stuff goes wrong, and like the professional I am, I took it with a smile and then if it was my team’s fault, I did what I could to fix it.
Not her. Huddle house as a whole is a joke anyway but she just is the cherry on top. Refused to help in anyway, didn’t even offer a phone number for customer service, she’s “too busy”.
Lady, if you can’t actually be a manager maybe that’s not for you.
When you call customer service all they do is file a complaint for a regional manager to call you in 2-3 days. Maybe you’ll get your money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Workers were slow, customer service was nonexistent. Our server might have said 5 words to us the entire time we were there. We left after a full hour without eating. Never got refills on any drinks in that hour. Overheard a server saying wait time was over an hour shortly before we left and nobody ever told us when we got there. 3 other tables left without eating in the time we were there. 4 people on staff couldn’t handle 10 tables of customers. Beyond disappointing.

We stayed at a motel that really didn’t have much of a breakfast so we stopped here. Despite the review ratings we were quite surprised. Very good service, the food was served quickly , was very good and the portions were large.
