We came into your shop two days ago(husband, myself, little daughter and 3 month old son) and got four different slices of cake from you..I have to be totally honest with you. Seeing as I am an avid baker myself, grew up baking/cooking in my Grandma's Tea Room, and know good quality when I taste it, your cheesecake is hands down, THE ABSOLUTE BEST I have EVER had. The whipped yet thick texture, getting to have the graham cracker crust (even though I'm not quite sure that's what it actually is due to the flavor profile not tasting like the typical graham cracker) but not having it OVERLY sweet to where it's difficult to eat beyond a couple of bites. The cheesecake is SO smooth on the palette and just so SO brilliantly made! Amazing Job Kim!! P.S. please let me know if you ever need any weekend prep help.😂😉 Thank you again, so much!

omg my husband and I tried this place before he had to go to work and I'm so glad we did!! He got the lil mini sampler with like 4 teeny tiny different flavor cheesecakes and I got this piece with salted caramel, coconut and pecans on it...my hubby loved his minis and mine is amazing as well!! I already have my next piece picked out 😆 DEFINITELY 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a cheesecake for a loved one’s birthday. Kim not only pulled it together last minute, she took the time to deliver after she closed. Beautiful cake! Kim is prompt, friendly and talented. I will definitely order again.

My toddler and I got to try the toasted coconut caramel pecan, and WOW! Like samoas, but way better! The cheesecake was creamy and smooth, and the toppings were freshly made (we watched her make it!) and the caramel was delicious. Kimmy was so sweet to us! We’ll be back!

We placed a special order for 3 10” cheesecakes to have for thanksgiving. The owner made the ordering process a breeze! We drove 2 hours from Nashville to pick them up, they were not only ready on time but exceeded our expectations for promptness, professionalism and accuracy on our special order . They were a big hit with our family on thanksgiving, not only for their excellent taste but her creativity on the designs for each cheesecake! We will definitely be ordering from kimmi cakes cheesecakes for future family get togethers!

Ordered cheesecakes for my daughters birthday in advance to be picked up on a Saturday. Owner posted on Facebook at 9:30 PM on Friday night that she was going to be closed on Saturday. Had I not noticed the post, I would have had no idea that I was going to be arriving to a closed shop with no cake. She had my number in text messages we had exchanged. I’m sure the cheesecakes are delicious but it’s horrible to commit to providing a birthday cake and then canceling last minute. And without notice. Cakes are a huge part of a birthday party. Maybe a good place to stop in for a cake if she happens to be open but definitely not dependable.
