Why does fast food take longer than going to a real restaurant. They were not even busy (2 cars in front of me) and it took 23 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke…. Ridiculous.

Staffs here are friendly but need more training. Ordered a triple fish and explicitly asked for paper wrap instead of the regular box. First time got a box, so has to go indoors to fix it. Second time they gave me wrapped but double - I was already a few miles away when I found it.

My mother has been very sick in hospital so been very emotionally distressed and tired. Me and my husband went to eat supper there around 7:30 pm, however it was freezing cold, everyone in the building was cold and complaining. The manager was extremely rude and kept saying she has no control of the temperature. Other customers who eat their regularly say it’s always an issue with the night crew, their hot from moving around and in the kitchen so they cut the heat off for their convenience….I was so upset and cold, could not enjoy my food and wish we would have just left, however, they said they couldn’t control temp but after the uproar in the store and another customer contacted the main boss of the store, you could tell it started warming up some but not much…Management needs to step up and keep things under control there and make sure customers can sit down and eat in peace without all the confusion…Will not be going back to that atmosphere again, other customers says it’s been a issue for a long time and nothing is ever done about it…Will not being going back to that store again!!!

Fix your milkshake machine I have tried ordering a milkshake for the past month and they can never give me one I've been going to Burger King for this reason you have lost me as a customer your prices are already outrageous don't expect your quarterly earnings to improve running a joint in a poorer area like this
