I use my My rewards app all the time and scanned it as normal for a $6 meal but for some reason it did not take even though on the app it showed that it was accepted. Shelby came up to try to fix it but the only solution she offered was a refund. I asked if she could just rering up the order with the code but she stated that it was an app issue and could do nothing. I asked if she could offer any food or beverage for the $2 difference and she stated nope. I decided to just accept the full refund. Since my son is autistic he was getting agitated during this entire ordeal and held the girls hand and she yanked it away and stated don't do that. I told her hey don't speak to my son and that I will address it and that he has Autism. She stated oh ok and continued trying to say that my refund was correct even though I had the receipt and could show her that she rung up a medium combo instead of a large and she stated no, I don't think so, so I showed her the receipt and she then opened up the register and provided the difference. I went ahead and ordered my autistic son's meal as a replacement but did not order my food due to this horrible experience and extremely poor customer service. This is two times in a row that I have had an awful experience with this McDonald's. The first was last week and I wrote up a review on Yelp and now this. The manager was standing there working on the drive through orders and never even turned around to assist. This is all due to poor management and having teenagers train and supervisor teenagers.

I can honestly I have never been disappointed with my large fry and sweet tea/Dr. Pepper no ice order, lol. And staff is always very kind.

Terrible food, slow service, never get my orders done correctly. Burgers always taste weird like they were cooked on an unclean surface. Fries never have salt on them and don't get condiments we ask for to make the food a bit tolerable. I'd rather go to Wendy's or Burger King in Savannah any day over McDonald's. I've tried to give them multiple tries thinking it must have been a bad day, but everyday is a bad day there in regards to that food.

This is by far the dirtiest one I've ever been in. Greasy floors, dirty tables and a weird smell. The food was cold and didnt taste right at all. The cashier was super sweet and amazing, she was the best part of the day!

Ordered and of course as always theyade it wrong and didn't give me some of my order. I drive back for them to take off what was wrong and they added only part of what was missing and then it was all cold TKS McDonald's I threw it all away. Oh and when you call over and over they won't answer

MY husband ordered online on the app and pay with his chime card online and it showed that it went through. Then when he got down there he ordered mine and payed with the same card and it went through. And he gave the code to his ordered and they told him he could pick it up with his phone even if he gave them the code . So he comes home drops my food off gets his phone off the charger and goes back for his food. He gets there and they tell him that the same chime card that payed for mine did not go through online so he was going to have to pay cash so he argued with them that it showed on his phone that it went through on his McDonald's app and also showed it took out on his chime . They started mocking him through the windows and talking crap about him as he was walk back up to the counter then he just stopped arguing with them and laid down a 20$ on the counter kind of hard and said someone gonna owe me some money because a ordered that was $6.13 costed him $12.26 . The lady the threw his change out of 20 across the counter. He just left before thing got worse he came home and told me so I go down and ask for the night manager and I show her our chime account and she seen where it took the $6.12 out of our account the time and date was on it and I showed her the online recipe on the McDonald's app and she seen the time and date and she told me there was nothing she could do about it that it was the apps fought it was messing up and I pointed out it had to be their internet messed up or their employee messed because McDonald's and our banking app are not connected in any way so their not going to mess up at the same time and the ain't going to lie about being paid . So she just kept saying she couldn't do anything about . So we call customers service and reported it and the looked in to it and said that it showed that it went through on their side too so then we get a call saying to be there in the morning to get our money back because customer service looked into it and found out that when they could have just typed in the code instead of making him come get his phone but instead they sent him to get his phone and the had voided it out and when he got back with his phone it showed everything was good on his end but because they voided it out the could pull it back up so they rung it up again and made him pay cash for some that he already paid online but because they voided out they could not pull the online order back because of it. But managers and employees don't have respect for no one and don't want to listen to the customers . So they do want people get made when they charge them twice for one meal but I bet if someone was to do the same to them they would be to. But these people want to get payed and no have to work for it every time I going in their they are complaining about their job or bitching about all the things they have to do for that job I over heard one pitching about how they have to run outside and take some food out and then having to help in back and having to clean the front after people and then also have to get door dashes ready it is to much for them. If don't like it leave . The need proper training for staff and management because the manager that talked to me claimed she couldn't do anything about it when I know damn well manager are the only ones that can do refunds. And because of that next time we not calling customers service we calling fraud on our chime card cause if you demand that we pay cash and your app still takes money out our bank that's credit card fraud

McDonald’s in Savannah DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drive thru charged 3X for ONE ORDER. That one order had 2 meals on it, they rang them up separately for whatever reason then charged a third transaction for almost $20!!! Don’t give them your card at this place dear God. If you say ty, the employee says nothing and either closes the window or they’ll respond with mmmhmm. Not just this time but every time I’ve gone to this location they’re extremely rude smh. The food is always hard and cold and hard except once out of the handful of times I’ve been there in town - a disappointment all the way around.
