I haven't been at McDonald's for a while, and when I decided to come back, it was another time of bad service. The service at McDonald's never seems to fail with rudeness. I don't know what it is, but McDonald's seems to leave something out with the drive thru either on the kitchen side or with the server side of the house. This time-frame, it was with an item with extra bacon, and it had the same amount of bacon as another item ordered. So, I'm paying extra for bacon and not getting it. Some call that stealing or bad service. It could be both. Either way... I have reported other things to corporate, but it seems not to resolve future issues but only the problem that was faced. I guess it would be another long time going back there. I used to be an avid customer, going three times a week. It is going to take me starving to death before I return.

You need get so e new management it took 20 mins for a drink then when get to window you got everyone huddle up talking I had to blow just to get my drink like that's awful you will never ever get my money again

Well that place over a $50 order tonight and then get up there to get the order Friday or cold on top of that or get it home to my house and go to feed my family and the dog on me is raw every burger that I bought was raw they took it back up there to show it to him and get up my money back and they said all that they could refund me is what I brought in I did not want that raw food in my truck I took mine and my wife's back because that was who was close with me and then on top of that they could not give me nothing else All I asked for was a refund on my burgers and fries that was it and they want to throw a fit about it so I did too

Fries are hit and miss. Wish they were hit and fresh everytime.
Service was slow. Our requested changes to our meal had to be redone. The French fries were cooked in old oil, not much flavor nor salted properly. This was our first visit to the Savannah, Tennessee location since moving here. Disappointed overall, hoping they can improve and we have a better visit next time

ordered here oct 23 at 7pm doing a late dinner got home i live 25 miles from the store i started eating and found a hair in my food i called and the lady manager "was unsure what she could do for me" i threw up everything i belive that i should get a full refund back and not eat at this franchise

This was the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been in. Also, I ordered an iced coffee and the employee handed me a lukewarm coffee with all the ice melted. When I asked if she could redo it, she rolled her eyes and took it back.
Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and only got 2. Should have checked before I pulled off. Knew better because drive through always screw's up.
