everything was great other than the pizza it was supposed to be handtossed and it was basically like thin crust and hard as a rock and the toppings tasted like they was almost freezer burnt

I had issues with the pizza hut app ordering scheduling my pizza for the next day rather than tonight, when I wanted it.
The front cashier managed to fix the scheduling issue, and got my pizza ready to rock despite the fact I got here so late. I hate being a last minute shopper, but the people here were so kind and understanding about it.
The employees here are so incredibly sweet, and I can tell the staff commits themselves to getting out pizzas quick without sacrificing quality.
The pizza is also absolutely delicious, and nothing, I mean nothing beats a good quality Pizza Hut pizza.

This is getting ridiculous! Someone please fix this place. Ordered last week online, wait time 45 minutes, nothing came for 1&1/2 hours. Called store, manager credited my account $20. Ordered this week was told no credit on my account, ok no problem. Received an email with the credit, typed in the code and it's invalid. Messaged customer service, shutdown twice because it's a store issue. Went ahead and ordered wings and they came with no sauce! I just don't understand why this place has gone downhill? It used to be the best. Due to this I'm done until something changes.
First of all I call on super bowel night 30 minutes before the game and they didn't try to deliver my food until after super bowl game so they said they credi me my whole order.. so I call tonight about my order she was supposed to credit they Manger get own phone continuously ask me my number like Im deaf and now I'm paying for.my order instead credit bad service never again I don't recommend them or the service and like I'm a Manger I know customer always right and you git to have very good customer service and people skills would give you all a NEGATIVE 10.......
