I got the jumbo pork sandwich. I took two pictures so you can see just how much meat that is! Very nice ladies taking my order. I'll go back and try something different. I think they sell out of food often, do you might want to get there early if you have your heart set on something.

We went out of our way to try the Smoking Pig BBQ, because it seemed like a really unique place to eat. We actually thought it was closed at first because it was empty. You have to go around the back of the building to order. We are a family of 4 and it cost $100 to eat lunch here, which I thought was extremely pricy for a food truck type of experience (take out only or eat outside). The food was just okay. The brisket was fatty and the sweet potato salad didn’t get eaten. It’s a neat idea, but I would try something different next time.

I love this place can’t wait for it to open this spring, I love their beef, brisket, and their ribs, the smoked turkey is pretty damn good to.
