I ordered a s’mores frappe on doordash yesterday and it took 40 minutes to get to my house that’s down the road, and it didn’t come how the pictures look. If i go in person it comes how it’s supposed to but if you doordash it, it doesn’t come how it should.

My boyfriend is from Savannah and I live in Memphis, and when we first started dating, he introduced me to this funny looking coffee shop in what looks to be an old drive through bank. I am big on nostalgia and the old bus parked outside got me. Then, I ordered a macchiato, it was over. They won me. Not only are the prices reasonable, but with my dietary restrictions and my boyfriend's "picky-ness" the ladies at Solid Grounds got me my caffeine needs. Oh, not to mention the build your own bagels are SOOOOOO GOOOD!!!!! We will be returning everytime I'm in town!

Absolutely delicious caramael iced latte and amazing cookies and cream frappe. We come from Raleigh, NC and this coffee is better than what we’ve found in the big city. We just moved here, so we’re gonna need you all to support this place, cause we need this company to stay forever. What a gem. Also, cute outdoor seating in the back of the place.

Some days I get delicious drinks... others, I'm so disappointed. The days that is is good - it is really good. Maybe my favorite in Savannah. But I can't say that happens regularly or even most of the time. If they could get consistent I would be there regularly. Right now, I just can't fathom spending money on it regularly without knowing if I'm even going to drink what I buy or not. ?

A gem in the Savanah cap in my opinion. Solid Grounds was an accidental find and one of my favorite places on our pickwick vacation. We managed to stop in 3 of the 5 days we were in the area. We stopped here for coffee even after having breakfast with coffee! With so many options and flavors we wanted to taste them all! Of the 9 we did get to try, every one of them was the best! I still crave some of those flavor combinations. And the apple craffle was yummy! Great service each time and you never mind the wait with the "hidden garden" atmosphere. Cindy was a stand out for me. She was very friendly, informative in our choices, went above and beyond for us, and the most instantly likeable, interesting person I met over the whole trip. I was conflicted on giving this 2 or 3 stars because sometimes it's really good. The problem is there is no consistency. One day I can get a drink and it's amazing and then the next day I can go and order the same exact drink and it tastes completely different and bad. On their good days, it's a great place to go, and it's convenient because of the drive through, but that is only half the time. On the other days, all the drinks taste bland and bitter. You can order the same thing two days in a row and get completely different drinks. If it was more consistent, I'd be there almost everyday.
