We went to order at the kiosk and went to pay card but it was it working so we put cash . We went in front and waited then a employee came and didn’t ask what we needed she just yelled we are very busy and I’m supposed to clock out soon use the kiosk to order she said very rudely .we just wanted to pay

I won’t be back. Went through the drive thru and heard an employee screaming and cussing through the speaker. The employee was Kris Bohanan. He’s done that on SEVERAL Occasions even with customers in the lobby.

Would give atmosphere a 7 stars if I could 😂 they forgot my guacamole but they were more baked than my chalupa shell. Whole time heard them making NASCAR noises and repeating the number 4. Absolutely love it would come back again and would recommend 👍
It was 9:45 and there was customers inside eating. My neice and I was told they were closed. Then when we complained we were told the drive thru was open. We were disappointed we got turned away 😔

Was just in the drive thru and we could hear the worker in the back on the grill cussing and telling us to take our order somewhere else. We ended up leaving after placing our order so we didn’t end up with something in our food. Super unprofessional.

They gave us a lukewarm drink with no ice. Our soft tacos had no lettuce and the cheese was melted. One of my daughters cheese rollups had onions in it. My bean burrito was ice cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Our freezes were sloppily put together.
The drive-through person was extremely rude, and the service was horrible. It's not a good place to eat, unfortunately, due to the guy who worked on August 11, 2024, at 12am.

It wouldn't let go any lower than 1 star, I don't think I've ever had a place mess up an order more than taco bell, it was a baha blast 3 softshell tacos and a cheese quesadilla and they gave us a limeade freeze 2 doritos locos tacos and a chicken quesadilla.

The tacos aren't very gooes andd anymore. The shells are too thin and no good. Do something about that and put some tomatoes on it with close. They are not good The way they are. Almost terrible. Send a rep out to the franchis
