Exactly what you would expect of a food truck, well….. almost! The first few times I ate here were delicious. Had there Birria for the first time last year, amazing! Second time, also amazing. A couple of months ago, I found it was less than good! Consume lacked flavor from what I remembered and seemed to not have much birria meat in the tacos . Two shells to hold not much taco! Went this weekend and was absolutely not impressed to say the least! Consume was flavorless beef...
They special made us Vegetarian Tacos from mushrooms & corn [tacos de verduras] and they were scrumptious! Highly recommend. We were just passing through & this was perfect.

I grew up in California and taco trucks were one of the things that I missed the most after moving here. Jose is the real deal. By far the tastiest Mexican food I’ve had in any state East of Arizona.Get the birria tacos!!!!!! For real.
