I think, as a result, we we seated at a table right next to the kitchen access and next to a party with several young, unruly children. Nevertheless, enjoyed an enjoyable meal with pear salad, French onion soup and Miso Cod. Always excellent service here & fun, lively environment!

The filet mignon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The braised ribs were impeccable. The only disappointment was ordering apple beignets “ to go”. They were dripping with grease almost like they weren't even drained once they came out the fryer. They tasted like they were soaked in grease. Despite our disappointment in the “to go” dessert, we would still go back to Bistro 217.

The food, as always, was very good. The service, as always, was very good. My only complaint was that our table for 6 was crammed into a corner and was very difficult getting in and out. Everyone in our party was in their mid seventies and early eighties.

Fantastic! From appetizer through dessert! The pimento cheese and celery is always a nice touch to start a meal, followed by the tomato crab and jalapeño soup, with chunks of tomato, topped with the crunchy noodles! The grouper over spinach was delicious! To celebrate our anniversary, the chocolate dessert wasn't too sweet, but just right to share! Thank you Anne and your fantastic staff for another memorable evening at Bistro 217!
