They were very accommodating, as our Uber took longer than expected, so we arrived 17 minutes after our original reservation time. We did call right away to let them know we'd be arriving late. I think, as a result, we we seated at a table right next to the kitchen access and next to a party with several young, unruly children. Nevertheless, enjoyed an enjoyable meal with pear salad, French onion soup and Miso Cod. Always excellent service here & fun, lively environment!
Bistro 217 is the best - love the food & service. Not the fanciest decorated restaurant, but it works for us (classic ‘don't judge a book by it's cover')
We both enjoyed our meals. Excellent cocktails. House cab was delicious and reasonably priced. Our server was excellent. Will definitely return when we are in the area. A little pricey but worth it!
Always a great experience! Has been our favorite spot since they opened! Ashley was spectacular!
The filet mignon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The braised ribs were impeccable. The only disappointment was ordering apple beignets “ to go”. They were dripping with grease almost like they weren't even drained once they came out the fryer. They tasted like they were soaked in grease. Despite our disappointment in the “to go” dessert, we would still go back to Bistro 217.
The food, as always, was very good. The service, as always, was very good. My only complaint was that our table for 6 was crammed into a corner and was very difficult getting in and out. Everyone in our party was in their mid seventies and early eighties.
NY Eve dinner was exceptional. Tiffany, our server, was wonderful. If back in the neighborhood, would definitely return.
Always delicious! Always meets my expectations. Best restaurant in the Pawleys Island area!
Bistro rarely disappoints. The food is delicious, the service is solid and the atmosphere is fun whether you're inside or out.
Their menu is amazing! We started with a tomato crab soup and a grouper cheeks appetizer, followed by entree selections of pork schnitzel, salmon and the bison kabobs. The food quality and prep were outstanding and our server Dani is top notch! Highly recommend Bistro 217.

Fantastic! From appetizer through dessert! The pimento cheese and celery is always a nice touch to start a meal, followed by the tomato crab and jalapeño soup, with chunks of tomato, topped with the crunchy noodles! The grouper over spinach was delicious! To celebrate our anniversary, the chocolate dessert wasn't too sweet, but just right to share! Thank you Anne and your fantastic staff for another memorable evening at Bistro 217!
Love Bistro 217. They are very accommodating for my wife's dietary restrictions. I love the tomato, jalapeño, and crab soup. Their entrees and specials are always good.
Bistro 217 is one of our top favorite restaurants to dine at. It's always consistent. Never disappoint. Ambiance, food and service top notch. Thank you Ann and staff.
Never disappointed dining at Bistro 217. The food was wonderful and our server Ashley was fantastic.
Another great lunch meal with great service. I always try to get one of the specials and again it was delicious. They always hit a home run.
