I recieved a 5 piece chicken plate or whatever you call it.
I was wondering if I suppose to get straps, why do some of them look like nuggets or chicken fingers??
I think i would rather not go back anytime soon. I am attaching a picture to give a little clarification. Oh, I thought they suppose to use gloves or tongs with fresh food. None was used when I saw it being placed in my bag.

This establishment is run very poorly. I have come here multiple times from 11:30-11:40. (Yes, before close) I watch employees smoke cigarettes in the front and watch me while I’m sitting in the drive-thru waiting for my order to be taken, which never does.

I had them tell me at around 10:30 one night that they couldn’t make my food, that they were short on employees, and that they “ran out of whopper meat.” Also the employee didn't ask if there was some other item that was available, they just didn't give me my food after waiting for 30 mins.

Food always takes so long to get. I’m writing this in the drive-thru currently and have been waiting ten minutes. Mind you, there are no other vehicles here.

Very disappointing that the owner is letting this place get run like this.

This is a great Burger King to go to. Rebecca, the manager here, has always gone out of her way to service me and my kids' experience here. She is truly a class act.

Not only do they get your order wrong but then they take advantage of kids with their gift cards and when you call them out on it they have no excuse. They refuse to look at video and argue with you. Managers are worthless they will never go back and it’s sad that if they made honest mistake they couldn’t just try to correct it instead of being jerks about it.

Please take the time to properly put the burger together. You can't drive and try to put your burger together properly at the same time. Please read orders carefully and listen carefully. I always specify no tomatoes and find them pn their every single time. I have to take them off. Next time I will drive back around and you can take them off. I specified large and still got a half order of fries.

I just want to say thank you Ms Rebecca for the wonderful service that you gave us. You worked very hard to get our order in a timely manner. And you have a very sweet personality. I hope that you get recognized for the job you perform. It’s so hard to find employees like you in fast food. Again thank the food was hot and fresh.

placed a mobile order. went to pick it up. everything seemed to be ok. went back in from drive thu and asked for more Splenda and creamer ( they only included 2 of each,not a problem.) Got out to put it in the coffee and it was cold. like, I could chug it at that moment cold. Went back in and was really patient until the girl took the coffee and didn't say a word. Proceeded to start a new pot, and come by while packing a new order and said it's almost ready. 5 minutes later she brought me a hot cup of coffee ( thank goodness) and I went on my way. put 5 creamer in and my sugar. one sip and about threw up. it was so bitter. went back in and asked for a small coke instead. Got my cup and guess what? no ice. The general manager said she just put ice in there. we'll, then I don't know where it went bc there's none in there. I threw it away and left. No amount of money would make me WANT to go back and get coffee. ever. I had no issues with the food, except after going in 3 times, and still leaving without a resolution I had COLD food. Fast food is a thing of the past I guess. If I wanted to go in, I would have ordered pickup at counter, or ordered when I got there. if I WANTED nothing to drink I wouldn't have ordered it, or COLD food I would have went somewhere else. disgraceful. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. there wasn't an apology or anything. Just blaming something else. I didn't make the coffee, or we've been getting a lot of complaints lately.

This place is a nasty joke! Pay a extra 2+ dollars for bacon on a burger and I get 1/2 of a strip of bacon per burger, so 4-5 dollars extra for 2 burgers and I get this?? I can buy a half a pack of bacon for that!! Then for it to be thrown together to look like it's been chewed up then thrown on a bun! The onion rings made me sick! This place needs completely new staff and management!!! I refuse to give this place another cent until something changes because the people running it does nothing when you say something about anything!!

My burger was cooked too long and they didn't not fill up my fry. But the cherry on top was the rude kid at the window. If he wasn't so rude I wouldn't have made this post. Step it up. This burger King has potential but not if your employees are rude.
