I just moved to NOCO, and for the most part, people are more likeable here, service seems to also be a step-up and above my experiences in COS. I've ordered from this McD's location before, and they are consistently ssssllllooooowwwww...... The last time I was there, I waited a long time before someone showed up to take orders. The video is 2 1/2 minutes of nothing, just standing there..... waiting..... for someone to do something that resembled working.

Ordered the number one meal, with a large fry and a medium shake, also added two double cheeseburgers.. order total came to$17.90, gave me a small fry in a large box. I did not use an order kiosk because I was paying in cash, got ignored for at least 5 minutes standing at the counter. Fries were cold and from what I could see standing at the counter the kitchen was disgusting. Will not be back to this location again.

Food is good service would be better if the people bringing your food out wasn't trying to hook up with your wife making her feel uncomfortable. You can't even go through a drive thru anymore without someone being disrespectful.
A group of 19 people from our church (16 from our youth group) ate at the McDonald's in Selmer, TN today while returning from church camp. Our service was outstanding. Food was given to our group in a timely manner. We were very impressed.

I've eaten here many times and have had countless bad experiences. My experience was so bad today I had to write about it. I went in today, and when it was my turn at the register, the cashier walked away and it took a few minutes for another one to come to the front. I grabbed some ketchup packets and they were covered in some kind of goo. I think it was stale ketchup. The French fries were mushy, the Big Mac was cold, the table wasn't clean. The whole experience was terrible.
It'd be one thing if this was just a one time thing, but I've come here plenty of times, and have had many experiences where there is some issue. They are lucky there aren't many food options in town.
Every table was dirty. Very unclean restroom with no toilet paper. Horrible. Just visibly dirty all over.

I am a regular customer and go thru drive thru in the mornings. Since McDonald's have started back with the bagel sandwich I have been purchasing them, put of the last couple of times when I get them the bagel is burnt black burnt and I was not happy at all. The first time it happened they gave me a replacement but this morning on way to work I got another one and it was burnt worse than the last one. So I called McDonald's manager and told them I wasn't my money back and no replacement and I do have pictures of what Selmer, TN McDonald's will serve you. This happened within a week time.
