9.29.25 Ordered 3 coneys. 2 chilly cheese and onion. 1 chilli and onion. Plain chicken sandwich with lettuce and pickle on the side. Stated it wasn't sanitary to put the lettuce and pickle on the side.....I requested they wrap it in the sandwich wrap. Stated they could not do that either. 1 coney was wrong and took the 3 tries before they could only put chilli and onion. 32 minutes total. RIDICULOUS

I ordered 4 half price shakes only to receive 4 cups of whipped cream with a dollop of the requested flavors on top. If I'd known I'd be paying $10.27 for whipped cream with a dollop of flavor I would've kept driving. Utterly ridiculous and a waste of money. Skip the Selmer Tennessee Sonic and go to Adamsville instead.

Went to today to get a lemonberry slush. Upon ordering it. The person acted as if they never heard of it. I went on to tell them I've ordered it before. They said that they could do a lemonade, slush and add strawberries, and I said, okay. Once I got the slush not only did it not look right it tasted like apple cider vinegar. I buzzed back in told them that the drink didn't taste right so I & ask could I change my drink. She buzzes back and says the manager said no that it is a lemonberry slush. When initially she acted as if it was unheard. Didn't ask for a refund just ask to be a satisfied customer. I will be disputing the little $2 and some change with my bank. Just because.
I love this sonic. I go here almost everyday and it never disappoints.

The absolute WORST Sonic. Prices are higher than any other Sonic around. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cherry limemades I ordered 10 minutes before arriving. There were only 4 cars there. Last week waited 35 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes. It’s like this EVERY time. Unless you have half an hour to blow don’t even bother. And there will always be a 50/50 chance of having no cheese in your cheesesticks or your order being wrong.
