I ordered steak and it's not available at the moment and no ETA. so I HAD to order something else. 5 mins later they sold a steak crunch wrap to someone. Special treatment for special people here!

Thump,set & bASS busting

First off, I don't get how a business can hire and keep such filth of employees! Cussing up a storm while children are eating, horse playing, seen a employee use bathroom without washing hands. They pretty much ignore you, the food is pathetic. Hard and stale shells, ask for extra meat and barely get the normal amount. Then get rude when you bring it to their attention. Ive never in my life seen a taco bell this pathetic. It's like the owners don't care and will nothing about it. Hire some decent people that actually want to work and stop hiring scum. I'm not the only person on here that's complained about this. This has been going on since they opened and nothing is getting better.

Went in at a fairly not busy time. Tried to order from the kiosk. The kiosk failed twice. On the second try it took my money but failed the order. When I went to the counter and asked for help it took about 5 minutes for anyone to even notice I was there. The person that did come had no idea how to fix the order, but they did acknowledge I got charged. He said he didn't know how to fix it but he would get somebody. I waited around about 5 or 6 minutes while three boys stared at me from behind the counter. I got frustrated and left. For whoever runs the place, you got a free meal off me. For what it's worth I'll be the last meal you get off of me.

They gave my husband the wrong order. When he called them he got hung up on. It took an hour through the drive through and wrong order. We won't be back! Now they refuse to answer phone!

I hope what I ordered to go sits on the counter and ROTS!! Like flies start gathering around it. I went in and did a to go on the pad and stood there for 20 minutes before I walked out. I'm glad I didn't pay up front

First time going to this location. Food wasn't good, order was completely wrong drove 20 minutes just to get taco bell. Won't be back to this location. Much rather go to savannah location

Tried to dine in, every employee, save the drive through girl looked at me standing at the kiosk at least twice.

Finally, four minites later, the man looks and asks, "have you order yet." He then indicated that I should use the kiosk because no one seems to be available.

Obviously I will not be back at this location
