Blonde girl working the drive thru on 2/4 in the evening has absolutely zero customer service skill. She practically threw my drink at me and splashed it all over the inside of my car window, then proceeded to shove the bag of food at me while im still trying to clean up the spilled drink. I tried to ask for my reciept and got completely ignored, and the window was slammed shut in the middle of my sentence.

Ridiculous wait times for your order, even when there is hardly anyone there. You can easily spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. My last visit I waited 10 minutes for a takeout order, and when it was finished the employee didn't leave the bag where I could see my name or grab it. I waited another 5 minutes for another employee to move it where I could see it, because nobody even looks at the front counter for service.

The food was pretty fresh and good on the inside the tortilla shells on the tacos/burritos remained cold and unprepared which fell apart and made the entire thing an appetizing after enough bites.
I already haven't eaten at Taco Bell for many years and gave it a chance and it's just hammers it back in to my memory while I should never eat here it is a no-go.
Now I feel sick.
Amazing service ! Ordered special made tacos and all were the way I wanted them . It took a little extra time , but to have my order done correctly it was worth the little extra time . Beats half the other businesses I deal with , that don’t get it right after multiple calls . Keep up the good work !!!
My order was wrong after waiting an hour, went back into the lobby to have them correct it (waited an additional 30 mins). Four other people who had waited about the same amount of time to the point where people were walking out. Multiple of the crew were in the back laughing and cutting jokes. I normally don’t post stuff, it ended up costing as much as a dinner at an actual Mexican restaurant. Pic for flavor

We go through the drive-thru and we haven't been inside there so we don't know about how friendly they are.. but it is a new place and it is clean. The food is good. And we never have to wait very long. As withevery drive-thru you've got to check your order to see if it's alright in the parking lot just to check and make sure you that you got what you ordered and if things are messed up you can go right in and tell them and they will get it right. I do like that they are generous with their condiments. Sometimes they will ask you how many you need actually. There are always friendly at the window.

Spent $29 and the girl working the drive-thru handed me two Mexican pizzas stacked on top of each other, not in a bag, then put a large tall bag on top of them and expected me to be able to fit everything at once through my window. Then, my burrito fell completely apart because they didn’t wrap either end, so food and sauce went everywhere. I called and got a female manager and she was nice at first and apologized. I told her I lived a hour away and wasn’t in the area very often and would just try to salvage the burrito when I got home. But after I got home and put it back together, I had to spit it out because the chicken was so dried up and hard my disposal even struggled to chop it up. Called back spoke to the same manager and she said “Hold on a second.” The next thing I know a very rude guy was on the phone and said he was the other manager and didn’t know what was going on, so I had to explain the entire thing over to him. He said to bring my receipt in tomorrow and he would refund me for the burrito. I told him he obviously wasn’t listening because I live an hour away…. He said that’s all he could do for me. I asked him his name and he actually hung up on me. Food was horrible and service was even worse!

The food was good, there was nothing missing but I had to stand for 5 - 10 minutes to get initial service, to get served my drink cups, and again for a question about location of hot sauce packets.

We came through the drive thru at 9:30 and ordered five items. The drive thru attendant gave us flat Baja blast. After we told her it was flat instead of changing the syrup she just gave us a freeze that went to waste because my fiancé can’t drink a frozen drink. They also made us put the car in reverse and back up “past the pole” to save their screen time. Then they decide to substitute my chipotle on my cheesy bean and rice burrito for creamy jalapeño ranch. You can taste the difference and I have been able to stomach jalopeno in years due to acid reflux caused by a hernia. I know what I’m ordering, it is beyond me why I can’t get that when I go out to eat, and pay for food. And both of the hard shell tacos that I got were sopping wet from the time we pulled out the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting. Pure laziness, if you ask me. If yall don’t have people that want to do their job, hire a staff that will. Absolutely ridiculous!

Went to this restaurant to order food and they said we had to order from the kiosk. Couldn't order and pay at the registers that were in there. Why have registers if they can't be used? It's a crying shame that us Americans have become so lazy that people don't even wanna work anymore! Everybody wants other people to do their freaking job!

Service was great. Food terrible. Two chili cheese burritos that came with dried meat, unmelted cheese, and no chili sauce.

Me and mama grabbed supper here one night after going to a fall festival locally.
It was pretty good and I have no complaints.
We both got the cheesy bean burritos and tried their new potato bowl item.
The burritos are a classic for us. The potato bowls were good. They're just small. I also tried their double stacker (I think that's the name) but I subbed with potatoes. It was good but for vegetarian options, I would sub beef with beans AND potatoes + add veg and extra cheese. Maybe some sour cream. And add grilled. I think that would've MADE it but it was still good. And of course, the chips and cheese. Overall , a good experience.
