So while my family ordered and waited for their food, I went down the street and found a bath room, then went next door to Arby’s, ordered and ate a sandwich, and now it’s twenty minutes later and my family is still waiting for food. My advice: go next door to Arby’s if you’re hungry.

My cousin, grandchildren and I went to this Taco Bell last night. We're down from Virginia to clean out the home of my dad who passed a couple of years ago. We were exhausted and starving.
I was a little irritated when we were asked to come inside because they couldn't hear us over the drive through speaker. I walked in with my hangry attitude only to discover those poor kids were short-staffed and had a drive-through line around the building.
When they explained what was going on...and being so kind...my heart went out to them. And despite the circumstances, they were smiling, professional and kind. They were hustling, their one cook was slamming out orders as fast as he could, and the cashiers were doing their very best to take care of all their customers.
I was so impressed with their integrity and perseverance. The fantastic staff at your Selmer, TN location earned you my five stars, Taco Bell!

If I wanted to use a machine to order I could have done that from home food tasted stale very little meat mostly beans had to ask for my cup very disappointed my first time trying Selmer location and probably my last

The only reason I'm giving this one star is because they are only allowed to use the kiosk now. I refuse to eat at a restaurant that does not have a real person taking my order. I will not deny normal people a job in that way.

Took payment off my card for a car that drove off. Never refunded my money.
The last 2 times I got a Mexican Pizza. Both times there was barely any meat in them. 98% beans. Not acceptable. The soft tacos had just a little sour cream on one end.

Maps said It opened at 9, and I got off the exit and arrived there at 9:30. When I got there, they said they were closed till 10:00. Kind of a waste of time, I wish they would have their hours correctly listed.
