Quick service, decent price but nothing special about their products. Mediocre flavor

A young lady looked at me with 100% seriousness and had the audacity to tell me they’re closing 25 minutes early because of a tornado. It’s sprinkling. I’m appalled.
I have more than once driven 2+ hours to go to Andy’s, as a Springfield native who grew up with it. This location is just as great as the one back home!

Late night custard. Everything was amazing and the service was fantastic!! May have cost me a few extra units of insulin, but it's definitely worth it. The best way to top off a great day in the smokies!!
I recently tried their strawberry shortcake sunday and it was very good but I second the last reviewer - their key lime pie concrete is by far my favorite and I would love it year round.

Lots of yummy treats to enjoy!! The staff are really friendly and quick! Nice break when out and about or to celebrate a special occasion, like a birthday! Some of my family took me there to celebrate my birthday a few days ago! That was my 3rd time going there, and it won't be the last!!!
I am a regular. I have the app. You earn rewards! LOL You get spoiled by this place and then every other kind of ice cream or custard just isn't worth it. Are they always perfect? No. Sometimes they are so busy they run out of stuff but it doesn't keep me away. I usually just take it as a sign I don't need it! Haha. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and the custard with mixins in it, is so good-rich and creamy. Love Andy's and am glad you all are here! Keep up the good work!

Amazing custard unfortunately there are flavors. You can only get if you buy by the pint like their butter pecan, which is amazing.
