The guy who said us down, didn’t tell the servers that we were there so we had to wait 20 minutes before I went to go find someone to take our orders. Luckily, I found the bartender and she took her orders. It just kind of sucks cause it was my birthday dinner, but she saved it.

We had quit coming out here cause the food and service were terrible!! But we came in over the weekend and had the most amazing server, Erica. We didn't have to ask for refills or for anything we needed. She made sure to take really good care of us and anticipated everything we needed before we needed it!!! So we WILL be coming back regularly from now on..
Best experience at an Applebees in a long time! The sevierville team is doing amazing this place has really came a long way! Our server Amber was fantastic! She was the bartender taking tables with a full bar and making drinks for the rest of the servers. She absolutely rocked it! As busy as she was she paid attention to everyone and just kept a smile on her face and connected with her tables and bar guests. We will ask for her every time. The food had really improved also. The new bangin burger is just that, bangin! We will return weekly and have told friends and family to try it again and ask for Amber

So, coming from PA, let me tell you the world of differences there are. Our Applebees have up on good food, good service and everything that used to he good about Applebees . Being here today, being able to bless the hostess with encouragement and prayer lifted my own spirit and gave me a new reason to speak to folks about how good Applebees is!! Thank you all for restoring the name. Prayed over the hands the prepared the meals we enjoyed and the whole establishment. You guys rock!!!
