Currently live in sevierville county for the past 20 years, me and my family of 6 went here. Waiting over a hour for our food no one came to refill drinks or anything…not only is this disappointing but the regional manager was our server!!!? I understand short staffing etc but his response was you’d wait over 2 hours anywhere else this weekend. Sir I know it’s rod run weekend but I could’ve went to damn roadhouse across the street or bdubs down the road and had my food quicker and had my drinks refilled. I guess the guy thought we were tourist or something. Definitely don’t be coming back.

Eric, our waiter, was awesome and took great care of us. Katie, hostess, was wonderful!!! We were there April 1, 2024 Monday at 5:30....very slow time.Supervisor??? Sandy was a total "B" to Katie. She "barked" at her in front of me and my spouse. Plus there were other customers that were waiting to be seated standing behind us. There were only 2 tables occupied with guests when we arrived. We told Katie we wanted a window/ booth. Suddenly Sandy (found out her name later) charges up and told Katie that someone? was up for the next table. She was rude and very intimidating. (I know restaurants like to rotate to spread out the work and I'm sure Katie knew that too but I'm still the guest and there wasn't enough business for more than a couple of wait staff. Management should never excuse that behavior!!!! ) I immediately jumped in and told Sandy I requested the seating. Sandy just kept moving seemingly ignoring me. Again they were not busy. From my observation, this person doesn't deserve to even work in a customer service capacity muchless a management role Apparently she is not liked by anyone and puts a serious damper on the place.

What a trashy dump. I'm hoping that the manager and half the staff quit on the night we visited and the remaining staff were doing the best to keep the doors open, but I sincerely doubt it. The dining room was mostly empty but had to wait 10 minutes to see the hostess, and then told their would be a wait to be seated.... It looked like a bomb had gone off in the dining room, with food and trash all over the place. Most tables had food so we decided to stay since the weather outside was quickly turning for the worse. The food was good, and Lexi did her best to accommodate our party. THE RESTAURANT OVERALL SINCERELY NEEDS A NEW MANAGER, AND STAFF TRAINING!

We finally just sat down resolved to wait until the end of time where we watched two more people milling around in the back who saw us but never asked us if we’d ever been seated, so when my husband and I decided to go somewhere else and were walking out the door, the hostess whom we originally spoke to said “well you weren’t seen because were sitting down”. WHAT. So you mean it’s now our fault that we weren’t seated after being spoken to by TWO PEOPLE. Y’all knew we were there but it’s our fault. Bye ?

I'm a local and keep giving y'all chances and y'all keep messing it up. EVERY time I order carside I have to wait 20 minutes for nobody to show, after being told my food is on the way. ? Then having to go inside and be ignored for another 10 minutes so always the food is cold. Y'all have to do better.

I wouldn’t know to rate the food seeing the hostess was so rude I refused to stay! I was told this place had made a turn around and doing great again but I just don’t see it! Simply go elsewhere.

I'm local and usually eat at this Applebee's weekly because it's never crowded...but there's a reason, I almost always get a steak and ALWAYS ask for well done and even say "no pink" but 50% of the time it's still very bloody inside...I don't send food back to get re-cooked as we all know how that goes...they are always very understaffed and it's usually dirty. Never a host, not enough servers and always empty dinning room. Tonight i ordered "to go" got home and sure enough my steak was still bleeding...ugh so frustrating...tired of paying for a steak that isn't cooked...wasting money...I try to be understanding but this is the last time I'll throw $30 down the drain....I'm done with this Applebee's....

We were wait for 15 mins and got no help and horrible attitude by the employees. We had to walk out because no one was serving us last night not even to get our drinks which is ridiculous. Do not recommend coming here the employees have horrible attitudes and need to be trained to learn how to greet people with a smile.
