i would give negative stars if i could. we were on hold at the speaker for 15+ minutes and were the only one at the speaker. still currently sitting at the speaker and still have yet to be helped. i believe the girl had bangs had bangs and looked young a little. worst service ever!!

This review is on February 27, 2025 once again I go to this Arby’s and it is one of the worst establishments. I think I am going to quit going there especially for food. I ordered a chicken buffalo slider. I get no sauce on it at all just a chicken Buffalo slider no sauce on it at all just a plain chicken strip. Food was cold. I got my daughter a large order curly fries. They wasn’t hot, but they wasn’t cold, but they might as well. I will not be back at this establishment for food. This is not the first time this is happened along with the other review that I left weeks ago. I don’t even take Uber orders there anymore because the people are so rude. I feel sorry for these franchise owners that they have some really awful people working for them.

Well, I do Uber eats and considering I just had an order tonight and I got there at 12:45 AM. On February 17, 2025 they decided to close early when the store of operations is 1 o’clock in the morning for closing time. People are out here trying to make money at night but when stores like this close early, it makes it hard for us to make a living. I think some actions we should be taken against management because that is management’s fault for closing establishment early when they are required to close at a certain time.

Food is good but this location always makes you pull up from the window. Every single time. They ask you go park and they bring the food out. Then, half the time they forget about you or take forever. What’s the point of the drive thru window?

Went to this Arby’s to pick up some food to take back to our condo. Drove to the restaurant and went inside lobby and placed order. Took the order back and my wife opened her Beef and Cheddar to see this. It had a strange smell and did not look like roast beef. I drove back down to the Arby’s to speak with someone about the sandwich and was met by the same young gentleman who took my order. He was young and very polite and he said let me get my manager. He walked to the kitchen area where I could still see and hear him and told the lady that was back there moving sauce bottles around that I needed to speak to her. She peeked around and continued with her sauces and acting busy with no customers in the store or drive-thru. I stood there several minutes with the young man standing there looking back into the kitchen and her still refusing to come out to speak with me. Finally after several minutes an older gentleman who was cleaning tables and trash came up and said what is wrong, what you need. I began to unwrap the sandwich to show him since he asked what was wrong and he got loud and said I don’t need to see it just tell me what you need. I told him it was a Beef and Cheddar. He told the manager he needed a Beef and Cheddar and he tossed it on the counter never offering to put it in a bag. I turned to walk away leaving the bag with the sandwich they had prepared earlier and the older guy said take you other one with you in a very sarcastic voice. I picked it up and walked to the garbage can and disposed of it. The food was all terrible once I did make it back to the condo. From reading past reviews there appears to be a problem here with employees and food quality. I completed a survey on my receipt and was offered a free sandwich. I politely told them I was not interested in a free sandwich and had requested to speak with someone. Have not heard from anyone. I suggest you look elsewhere to spend your money and get a decent meal. If you enjoy poor customer service, rude employees, and poor management who could care less about you as a customer, you will love this place.

Fast, easy, and efficient with my drive-thru order. The Beef & Cheddar was on sale at 2 for $6.99, so I ordered 4 of them, along with the macaroni bites.

The cashier was polite, and my bag contained all of the food, napkins, and requested condiments. Turn around time was quick, and the food was hot. Taste was typical Arby's.

Walked in and ordered…Everything I ordered was cold and hard.
Ordered;
4 beef and cheddars
3 med fries
6 Mac and cheese bites
We quit going here about 6 months ago because of the same thing along with obnoxious employees.
The NEW employees this time were very polite and helpful but the food was terrible!!!
Please do something about management letting employees serve COLD FOOD! Also about night management hanging up on customer when they call and try to resolve the problem. And not even answering the phone when we call back!!!!

We went through the drive-thru and we did not get all of our food. Did not know that until we got home. Tried to call the store back numerous times and no one would answer the phone. We didn't get about $10 of our $50 food and we didn't have time to go back to the store. The phone would ring four times and go to hang up on you say no one was available. Just not a good policy

Worst Arby's around, prepare to wait 40 min for cold food, and they tell every car yo pull forward so it wont ruin there dtive time. Awful place

Might be better off going to chick fil a or taco bell

At 3:00 today, November 14th, I'm in the Drive-Thru, the 3rd of three vehicles, and decide to go in and just relax for a minute. I walk up to the cashier counter area and there is an older gentleman putting paper on the trays. Two people are chit-chatting in the food preparation area and there is a another person out of sight to my left. She comes out and walks by me at the counter, not saying hello, kiss my Arby's or anything. Nobody pays me any mind so I walked out. Management and customer service sucks so bad these days. Needless to say I did not ring your bell. Maybe you need to attach it to your doors so you'll know when customers come in. I did give them one star for the food that we picked up last night.

We highly enjoyed our stay and our fresh apple pies , my fiancé's house burned , car not so much and the staff was gracious enough to allow us to stay warm as long as we could without over stepping our welcome, thank you for your compassion, more people should be this way . Thanks again Arby's
