The lady working the drive thru tonight was AWFUL very rude. People like her should not be working with the public!!! After giving us major attitude when we were trying to order she just handed us our food at the drive thru windows and slammed the door

This is one minute from my home so I am a regular. I know it is hard to keep staff in our area but the staff are always preoccupied or honestly just not friendly. The last 3 visits I waited ten minutes at the drive thru, once pulling off. The other 2 visits one car was in front of me. Are they understaffed i am not certain? Is this the reason for the level of service given, again not sure? Iam honestlyJust shocked at the consistency of the negative customer service. I pray they get more help and training if this the issue bendy this is one of my Gaborone fat food chains but I would go else where to avoid the uncomfortable customer service.

Woman in drive thru with Lilo and Stitch tattoo was very rude and unprofessional, asked for Arby's sauce before being told to drive to front of building to wait on food. When food came out we asked a male individual if there was sauce in bag, he ignored us or didnt hear us when asking. There was no sauce in bag, my wife went in and went to ask for sauce, woman with tattoo pointed her finger in her face to tell her one minute while she talked to another employee. We will never step foot in the establishment ever again.

Usually we have great service here. They were busy i will give them that. Got our food the sweet tea was anything but sweet. The mozzarella sticks were eulogy and cold. Asked for no onions on my sand as I am allergic to them and there were of course onions.
For 48 00 to eat and couldn't eat half the food. Very disappointed

We buy drinks, the $4 Roast Beef Sandwiches for $10 @ drive up. The lady was very nice. Patient. We asked for several Arby Sauces. We usually want 2-3 packs on a sandwich to put between the meat. They were perfectly cooked. We also order the Apple Turnovers. They are perfect. Just the right amount of icing. The apples are tender. Delicious. We highly recommend this Arby’s. Thank you for affordable food.
