I went into this pretzel place yesterday to get me some lunch because I work at one of the other stores a few spots down I was so excited that they was so close to where I work because I love there food I went in to order my pretzels and I ordered a small was told they didn't have any smalls made right now that I would have to order a large even though there menu states they have small orders so I got a large didn't get offered cheese for my pretzels so I had to do a separate transaction to get cheese then I ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and wanted a small was told I couldn't do a small in that drink but it clearly shows on the menu you can order a small so I ordered a large this was all in my first transaction I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location and the employees were very unfriendly I will not be returning to this location next time I will go to the one in Walmart the sad part is I would have been a loyal customer to them had they of been better seeing I work so close to them I wouldn't recommend going to this location 😕😕😕

I came and got the 2 of the pepperoni pretzels, and 2 of the center of the roll cinnamon roll, it was fresh and tasted great! Clean and nice employees! Definitely will stop in again.

I went here to get pretzels and cheese. I have had these pretzels numerous times before at other locations. I asked the young African American girl if the pretzels were fresh, and she replied that they had just come out of the oven. I ordered the pretzels and cheese and left. When I got to my hotel across the street (it took 2 minutes) I tried a pretzel. It was stale tasting as if it had been cooked and rewarmed. It was dry and the cheese was cold! They didn't even heat it! Don't go to this store, the staff will say anything to get you to buy their horrible tasting food. Sad that this girl has no work ethic and couldn't just have told me the truth.

Don’t bother trying to find this place it’s gone at this location

I had abdominal cramping and diarrhea 5 hours after consumption of cinnamon fretzel bites. I don't remember last time I had diarrhea but this was very intense.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff was rude. The lady at the counter acted as if she could have cared less and told me they didn’t have any plain pretzels and I would have to wait and was rudely told the app rarely works. Just a nasty person!
