I had abdominal cramping and diarrhea 5 hours after consumption of cinnamon fretzel bites. I don't remember last time I had diarrhea but this was very intense.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff was rude. The lady at the counter acted as if she could have cared less and told me they didn’t have any plain pretzels and I would have to wait and was rudely told the app rarely works. Just a nasty person!

Tried pick up a catering order. First, the Google knowledge page has the wrong suite number so a bunch of time wasted already. Got an alert that the order was ready but couldn’t get an employee to even acknowledge me. Line was about 5 people long.

Only gave a 1 star to leave this review. My family and I love auntie Anne’s pretzels and unfortunately this is the closest auntie Anne’s to us. Every visit is met with long wait times easily exceeding 20 minutes, sometimes as long as 40 minutes. Due to the location (Tanger Outlet) I’ve not complained. But todays visit I decided to place an online order. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 342. I did not arrive until 350. They hadn’t even started my order. They started to fill half of my order with a very burnt/black pretzel even after I told them up front I did not want that one. 90% of the pretzels in their display was very badly burnt. Even placing an online order, I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to had been completed prior to my arrival. Not to mention, when I told them I would wait for fresh pretzels, I was informed they may not be making anymore. They would still be open for 3 hours, had a very long line of people, and all of their pretzels on display are burnt as mentioned above. I then told them I would take a refund and they told me they would make more. Given the terrible rating of this location, I don’t understand why management isn’t stepping in to help their staff and provide better training. This is a prime location with the potential to grow exponentially.
