We went to the location on dolly Parton parkway in Sevierville. The double bbq bacon burger crunch hamburger was pictured one way and came out looking not even close. Expensive and nothing like advertised. Also, cook in the back was loud and fooling around with other employees while we waited 25 minutes for a chili cheese dog. Burger had 1 cm burnt onion on it. Not onion straws at all.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times. I absolutely love the fresh Root Beer and the food is consistently good. However today it appeared as NO type of management was on duty or a manager that had no control. First off, there were three people behind the counter; however, it took 5 minutes before any of them bothered coming over to wait on us. They were busy talking g between each other and one fussing about the way another had made a milkshake. Then one of the three starts yelling (loudly) to someone in the back to get some ice. This was repeated at least 5 times. Once we sat down the noise and communication between the employees continued loudly. Mostly in a joking way but very loud and distracting when you were they to have a conversation and enjoy a meal. It was like a bunch of teenagers were running the show and the show became a circus. The food was ok but the atmosphere ruined our lunch.

I eat here every time I visit Sevierville. The service is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. The root beer is always delicious and cold. The burgers are always fresh and tasty.
One of my top favorite burger joints. The ambiance is always fun and lively.

Not impressed 22 dollars for a kid meal and a chilli cheese fry lmao are you serious if you’re charging that much take time and make sure it’s at least edible my child’s cheese burger had so much mustard and ketchup up on it it was running off even after I wiped a lot off was still too much I could have burnt the $22 and got more for my money than this garbage masking as food don’t visit here oh and the chilli cheese fry’s were gross all canned cheese so salty couldn’t eat them they went in the trash too if I could give negative stars I would

The root beer floats are exactly like I remember and are so good from the glass mug!! The burgers were a bit smaller than we'd thought they'd be. Overall a good spot to eat. Prices have gone up EVERYWHERE, so keep that in mind.

Great Place! Burger and fries were very good! Cheese Curds were great! Root Beer was outstanding. Some of the best root beer I have ever had is at A&W. The woman who helped us was very kind and patient. This was our first time visiting an A&W and she was very helpful. The fast food industry could use more people like her! Definitely will be back!
