Stopped in the store Saturday 8/23/25 to get some ice cream. Had to use the restrooms only to find both of them with signs saying out of order. When asked if we could use them we were told that they are closed because of plumbing, but after asking again was told that they are so busy they don’t want to clean them. Told them it’s an emergency as I have bladder cancer and need to go when I need to go. They he way the employees were laughing when we asked again and told them my situation. We would not give this place a dime!!!!

Hours state open til 11pm. We arrived at 10:30 and all the chairs were up on tables. After we entered, they locked the doors. When my grandson went outside because the restaurant was freezing, he could not get back in to join us. They also stated that the restrooms were closed for the night.

$20 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup and a Waffle cone with 2 scoops ice cream. Ridiculous prices. I got very sick after eating the one scoop of ice cream. I won't be going back. Wish I had just gone to McDonald's and got a sundae, cheaper and much better

one of the workers an older lady I'm guessing a manager of some sort is completely garbage when it comes to dealing with kids took the excitement completely out of my child for her first Baskin Robbins experience pathetic wish I would have gotten her name but I just had to leave. Pathetic

NO EXCUSE FOR BEING RUDE. We drove into the drive thru like we have done several times before and were greeted with an offer to place our order. The woman inside said she could not hear due to my car noise. Mercedes E300. She asked me to turn off my car to hear better. I did. Then I repeated my order. She said she could still not hear. I asked if I should drive up to place my order at the window. She rudely said that yes since I refused to turn off my car, I probably should. Needless to say I simply drove off without buying anything. I drove to another nearby place that had ice cream. They were friendly as always. Tourists may forget, however we are local. I can spend money anywhere, but will not return to Baskin Robbins in Sevierville again. We were there at 3:05pm, Monday, July 7, 2025 in case management cares.

Imagine how many customers you are losing because you're charging $1.99 for a single cherry on top of a child's ice cream, when the ice cream costs $6 already. Here's how it went, I would like a vanilla ice cream for a child with gummy worms and cherries on top. She says, okay, just so you know each topping cost $1.99. Oh, okay well, how many gummy worms is it? Two or three, she says. Oh, okay, well, what if I just get the vanilla ice cream with one cherry on top? How much is it for one cherry? $1.99, she says. For one cherry? She says, yes. You Can Tell She's Over It! She's tired of apologizing but she likes her job in the air condition so she hangs with it. So our car full of five people drove away with nothing. If that happens 15 times a day you guys are losing a lot of money.

Stated that I wanted a 3 scoop waffle cone never said anything about flavors yet, ended up getting all three scoops of what I never order just decided to go with it and not be a hassle, paid and went to the car took a bite and decided I didn’t like it at all went to go back in after tossing the other one and was just gonna pay for a new cone of what I wanted but when trying to enter, doors were locked 10 minutes early so ended up paying $25 for the 2 cones and only keeping 1.

Very friendly. We had hand dipped butter pecan in a waffle cone. It was very good. We ate inside, It was clean and cool for a hot summer day.

Way over priced compared to the one in our home town. Plus they give you mini scoops for 3 scope sundae. My kids single scoop was bigger than my triple scoop. Don't bother with this!
We walked inside and were greeted by a gentleman. We saw the prices, which were $10+ per item, and were unsure of whether we wanted to order or not. The guy at the counter said something along the lines of “well you better not order at all if you already think it’s going to be expensive,” and that’s when we left. Maybe they have good ice cream, but their prices and customer service left something to be desired.

Very disappointing to spend over 20.00 on 2 banana splits and the picture and post experiences have 3 cherries on top only to receive 1 cherry and an explanation of well that's all we put on them.

Because zero is not available. Sticker shock to say the least- cost prohibitive. My daughter ordered 2 scoops in a waffle cone. The employee placed one scoop at the top of the cone like a hat and asked what else we would like to order. When asked about the second scoop it infuriated her she huffed and puffed like a mad hatter. Only medium and large shakes no kid friendly sizes for them. Starting price $10/person. Never again. The place is clean though for what it's worth.
