Because zero is not available. Sticker shock to say the least- cost prohibitive. My daughter ordered 2 scoops in a waffle cone. The employee placed one scoop at the top of the cone like a hat and asked what else we would like to order. When asked about the second scoop it infuriated her she huffed and puffed like a mad hatter. Only medium and large shakes no kid friendly sizes for them. Starting price $10/person. Never again. The place is clean though for what it's worth.

Pricing is outrageous. Seriously insane what they charge now especially when you have Cruz Farm just 1 mile up the road that is not only less expensive but has homemade ice cream that runs circles in taste around these overpriced chains.

If I could give zero stars I would, service was absolutely terrible. Older lady who appeared to be manager/owner dumped my child's ice cream out of the creature bowl into a regular bowl instead of just telling us we could only do 1 topping with the creature bowl (no signage to state that was available and no one gave us any information when requesting the creature bowl), then after I asked if I could buy the creature decoration crown for my child because I had already told them about it the older lady stormed to the back and acted mad. Other employees seemed fine but for $45 dollars worth of ice cream spend your money elsewhere and save yourself from the rude service.

Omg do NOT go here. $30 for three ice creams! Two single scoops in a cup with hot fudge and one double scoop in a waffle cone. It was good and tbe worker was nice enough, but that was robbery. My daughter said it’s called Baskin Robbins because they be Robbin us. 😂

Check out the picture of my receipt... 2 single scoop ice cream cones for $19.62?? I questioned the cashier and they said they just raised prices and that's just what it cost. I then asked if they had already made them because I wanted to opt out. Since they already had, I respected them and paid the bill and went on my way. Not worth the $

Strawberry ? shake was absolutely delicious wife had oreo layered Sundae she said it was great. My son had reeves Sundae loved it . Service was really good restaurant was very clean but very expensive. Would definitely recommend

This is far the worst,filthy, gross and very unhygienic place on the earth. There should be a special unannounced surprise visit from the FDA, so they can shut down this place for bugs and roaches. Staff is rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and unproductive. Amazon should step in to the world of food, which lead to competition and most of this unprofessional places will,be the first to go. Highly not recommended, take your money and spend on local ice cream place than this bad place on this planet.
