Our first time having ice cream at this location. The lady working was very nice but also very gross. Every time she dropped a crumb, she would pick it up and eat it right in front of me. While we were siting in and eating she got about 5 spoon fulls of ice cream. I just didn’t think that was very professional at all. Ice cream was great though.

My family and I had a great time visiting Ben & Jerry's ice cream store in Sevierville, TN. We were in town for my daughter’s cheer competition. The fact that it’s located in The Tanger Outlets was even better. The staff were friendly and the ice cream was delicious, I would definitely recommend it!" Ben & Jerry’s has always been a favorite stop for us. "I loved the unique flavors and ingredients in Ben & Jerry's ice cream, the combination was absolutely delicious and I will definitely buy it again!"
