Went to pick up you an online order for pizza. Left a $5 tip online and for a pick up pizza order. We sign our receipt and don’t leave an extra tip because why would we tip someone more money for doing no extra service and you hear “oh so no tip?” as you’re walking out the door. Terrible attitude to have for literally doing nothing except handing a pizza over. As most businesses should know a normal tip is optional so the fact that one was left and then the workers want to be greedy for more of a tip is insane.

Took our 3 grands for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect, our server was stupendous. The littles were happy with their individual pizza. Even the one who wanted pineapple lol The drinks were deelicious 😋

It's been awhile since we've eaten here as the last time or two that we visited Gatlinburg/ pigeon forge. It was with our kids who prefer a chain pizza restaurant which shall go and mention. This time just the wife and I and we love the pizza here. Service was excellent. Very fast. Restaurants clean, quiet, comfortable. Hard to go on. Prices are very reasonable

We went back because we were there before and didn't have a very good experience. That time the manager handled the problems very well and gave a coupon for a free pizza to try them again. This time our experience was completely different. They were busy but we were still seated quickly and served quickly. Our food came out very fast. And our waitress was wonderful. We didn't tell them about the problems from before because we didn't want them to treat us differently. We'll be back again. Our pizza was delicious!
