⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. Where to begin… When we arrived, one female worker was sitting outside smoking and a male employee (wearing a headset) was smoking on the other side. He was going back and forth inside to grab drive-thru orders ~ leaving his cigarette burning each time.
It took several minutes before anyone came to take our order, even though the dining room was empty. After getting our food, we had to wipe down a table ourselves because every table was dirty.
The food was just as bad. My chicken tenders tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. My husband’s rice wasn’t even cooked ~ or it had sat so long that it turned hard. Either way, most of our food ended up in the trash.
Will not be back, and would not recommend this location.

The dirtiest public restroom I've visited in a while. Service was very... very slow, but the order was correct. I will avoid this location in the future.
I'm not sure why I gave this place a second chance but yesterday which would have been August 17th had some chicken thighs and they were disgusting. The breading was real clumped up like the breading needed to be changed out so it did not clump. I've never had Bojangles Chicken this bad, don't know why I went today but I'm a nice guy and I like to give people a second chance had two employees yapping in the dining room I guess they were doing a hiring process hopefully or who knows what very unorganized. Waited at the register for 7 minutes,walked out they suck! Won't be back, the worst part is they were completely dead no customers and they can't even handle a order, and by the way this was at 2:00 p.m. August 18th. This place will be a tax write off.

At 6pm on Sunday only one car in line ahead of me. Waited 20 minutes and we had ordered 4 thighs. 3 of the four were all hard batter with very little meat. It tasted very old. What kind of chicken has thighs with no meat??? Scary and won't be going back. That explains the empty parking lot at peak dinner time.
