I had a mobile order tonight that was supposed to be done by 8:26pm. I get here the guy in the drive thru is high as hell and I’m told it’s going to be a few more minutes to pull forward. That few minutes turned into 20 when not a single customer was here. My large fry had literally 10 damn fries in the bag.

I went thru the drive thru this morning and got an egg and cheese biscuit light brown and fries combo with honey mustard i check my food and my fries were hard as a rock go in tries to give me more hard fries then she requested fresh fries then instead of taking the old fries they mix the fresh and old together and i still got hard fries then i asked for my missing honey mustard and she acted like she didn’t want to give it to me and i requested a light brown biscuit but they don’t do what you ask you still get a regular biscuit so im very upset when u went thru the drive thru and had to go inside and wait 5 minutes to be noticed and the whole inside interaction took over 20 mins

Omg waiting a whole hour for 2- 12 peace nuggets order with rice and beans and a drink! Yes 1 hour with 5 people behind the counter yes 6pm in the evening wow is all I have to say and P.S. Bathroom was dirty and no hand soap!

We went inside, because the drive thru was long. There was so much hollering going on back in the kitchen area. Garbage was overflowing onto the floor. We enjoy Bojangles chicken, but this wasn't a very good experience. I understand it was a busy time, but seemed very unprofessional.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time they don’t have any chicken or at least not enough to fulfill a combo and what they do have is cold🙄
