We stopped in for a bite to eat & take a break from the road. The staff was friendly. The food was okay. Bathrooms were an okay shape. Store was relatively clean.

My husband and I went to this Bojangles 3 times this week and all 3 times it SUCKED. 20 minutes to get food from the time we pulled up to the speaker until we pulled away from the pay window. We usually pulled up and they had us wait 10 minutes before taking our order, as they were apparently short staffed and had to bag orders, etc for the cars in front of us. Every time the fries my husband got were cold and nasty. One night our Bo checked sandwich was decent, and the next it looked pale like it had hardly been in the dryer and what little coating was on it was coming off. In addition, the staff were incredibly rude. Many times we drove past and there was only 1 car in the drive thru or the restaurant. We definitely will not be coming back here the next time we are in town for vacation.

My fries were a bit dry, but I’m not a fan of thick cut steak fries to begin with. My macaroni was not as creamy as I’d like but still moist and tender. My chicken was good but mostly smaller pieces.

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter on the way out of the area. The food was amazing (as it's been with the few other Bojangles I've visited previously) and the staff was friendly. The place wasn't that crowded (not being on the main strip helps I'm sure). Will definitely be back next time in in the area (or to any other Bojangles). The only downside is that I live in a town with only KFC's around and its ruined KFC for me (seriously, Bojangles is THAT good)...I long for the day a Bojangles opens closer to my region. ;)Vegetarian options: Avoid if you're a vegetarian. And also reevaluate your life, as you're living it wrong.

There was a very pleasant young lady that displayed great customer service.She saw me at the counter and asked what I needed; she was the first person there to ask and greet me with a smile. A younger lady was friendly when I asked for butter, but no one else greeted us when we enter d the building, placed and picked up our order. Nor did they say anything when we left.I figured that the other staff were new.Bojangles has never not been cooked well or good to taste. However, I did realize that the service can make our food experience less enjoyable.
I have a new obsession!! I was recently introduced to Bo Berry Bisquits!! They are amazing!!! And our Bojangles in severville always serve them fresh...Always friendly staff and good food!

I usually love bojangles but I came here on my 30 min lunch to pick up some food and ordered a 3 piece supreme with bo rounds and they gave me 2 biscuits and someone else Receipt for French fries. I didn’t have enough time to go back so I called to just let them know and the lady on the phone did not care. I just wanted to let her know so they can keep a lookout for other orders. She didn’t say anything to me and she hung up. Also, the lady at the window already mentioned to me that the guy before me got the complete wrong order and drink and I was like oh no hope you guys can figure it out and then the same thing happened to me. I didn’t even get the correct receipt with my order.
