A very bad experience. From the moment we arrived, we waited for 30 minutes, and when we were finally seated, no waiter came to serve us. We had to go eat somewhere else. The manager should pay more attention to the lazy employees he has.

Bunny took excellent care of us when we came in to watch the UK ballgame. The food was excellent and the service Bunny provided was top notch. Floor could be a little cleaner.

We had a horrible experience tonight. Waited over 30 minutes with open tables, no french fries which should have been disclosed prior to waiting 30 minutes, never got lemons or straws and was given the wrong food. Server said it wasn't her fault bc that's what she wrote down...needless to say it was a bad experience. Never saw a manager or anything. Hostess and a couple guys were busting their butts but our server just disappeared for long periods of time and would come back empty handed.

This was an absolutely awful experience. We ordered delivery through their website and waited over an hour for our food before we finally called the restaurant. When we called, we talked to two different people before they finally let us know they had kicked the DoorDash driver out of the restaurant for cussing and causing a scene. No one bothered to call us and tell us. So we waited forever for nothing. They just kept telling us to contact DoorDash. In the end we had to get a refund and no food. I understand things happen, but communication is key. How long would we have waited if we never called and stayed on hold forever to find out what was going on?

Coming here was a big disappointment. From the moment we walked in (we almost walked out) there were at least 10 dirty tables with 2 parties actively eating.. they were not busy. They were shocked to see us and said they had to see if they had a table to seat us.. we were seated and our server was kind (but clearly stressed).. our food came out in a reasonable time but was less than luke warm.. the fries were cold and hard. The chicken from the kids meal was hard and my child couldn't eat it. With how dirty the establishment was, there was no way I was sending any of it back. We watched the manager play social hour with the few servers vs cleaning up tables. We did ask to speak to the manager who simply wanted to complain about being short staffed. I do not care. I am paying for a hot meal. Not a mediocre, semi warm, hard food... they managed to discount the meal for the fries but I do not recommend this place. As a tourist who will be back in 6 mo ths, I can guarantee I will not be back here.

If you get Michael as a server (guy with big loop ear rings) you better ask for a new one. That guy absolutely sucks as a server. He should be in sales not service. It took him a good 5 minutes just to walk over and get our drink order. I generally already know what I want to eat when I go to BWW since I eat there at least weekly. He brought the drinks back and asked if we wanted any apps ... I got mozzarella sticks my buddy got like 3 apps. He walked away and I didn't see the guy again for about 30+ minutes. I never got to order my food. He was over at a table talking to some people for 20 minutes then at another table talking for 10+ minutes. Dude you are a server not a salesman, get the order, say the pleasantries then move on. I was on the verge of going to the kitchen to get my apps myself because I was convinced it don't take 30 minutes to heat up some sticks. After getting the apps my buddy needed another beer so when the guy dropped off our slightly warm food he asked if he wanted another and my buddy said yes. It was a good 20 minutes before we ever got that drink. It took us over 90 minutes to have a few apps and 2 drinks. I never even ordered my food at all I was afraid to waste money on cold food. If I ever sit down and he is my server again I'm not even going to say anything just gonna get up and move to the bar. I didn't tip anything my friend gave him $5 which was very very generous in my opinion. Tips are based on service and we barely got any.

Went there for some wings on a quick late lunch date for the first time at any Buffalo Wild Wings ever yesterday and had excellent service from Matthew! I didn't even have to ask him for extra napkins because well, we all know wings can get you pretty messy and he was on point all the way around. Forgot to take photos because I was too busy enjoying my food and service to think about it. Try the honey garlic And/or spicy garlic wings and ask for Matthew if you're in the mood for some awesome wings & customer service.

They refused to seat our party of 2 for at least 45 minutes even though they had 16 open tables in the restaurant.

I am local to the Knoxville/Sevierville area and have been to this restaurant 3 times including today that we have left. The dining area was filthy with dirty dishes on several tables, we had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone in the restaurant. Once we were acknowledged they told us that there was a 20 min wait!!! There were a total of maybe 5 tables being used. This place is terrible and again I'm not basing my opinion on one visit but the past three! I would hope the owners of this location would take a hard look at the service here!

Came in on a Friday night around 7, it was not too busy. Took a minute to get sat but our server Ryan was fantastic. The food tonight was great, and I have also door dashed from this location in the past and the food was fresh.
