This was the absolute worst experience! I waited for over an hour they gave the first order to someone else! When I did get the order everything was cold!!!! Another couple was waiting their order but they catered to them! Free drink's and extra food!!!!! It will be my last visit!!! Really went downhill in Sevierville Tennessee
Waiting for the actual order was horrible and 2 beers took 30 minutes and was only a quarter full of people! Never again!

We came here as a first timer to Buffalo wild wings and it will 99% be the last. We sat down quickly but took 10 minutes to even get a waiter and our drinks taken because the waiters were debating what's tables they took care of. One of our bar drinks took 20 minutes to get and it took more then a hour for our food. The food wasn't great but wasn't bad. The appetizer we got was the three dip chip thingy and the chips were stale and the quacemole just seemed like blended avocado. They said they would comp it out of our check but didnt. Terrible experience, will not be coming back.

Seems to be a slow start getting in due to hostess. Only 4 tables had people but he seemed confused where to sit me. Thankfully Andrea saved the day with Great service. I decided to try again the next night. Same thing with hostess. No one there to sit anyone. Finally someone came after 10 mins. Luckily I'm on a business trip so I have time but I can see why the restaurant is slow if this is the daily practice at this location. Sales are key. Timely customer service goes a long way. I almost deleted my BW app and left. I will try again Monday night and see if it was just the weekend. The food and beer is very good.

Pretty basic food. Nothing too crazy. Had too say not blaming the server but they do need more help during the weekend especially sense its in sevierville. One waiter had about 6 tables so our service was cut short due too the others there. Nice place too watch sports and drink!
Ordered delivery and the delivery guy had forgotten my drink. Not sure if they didnt hand it to him On top of that they gave me boneless wings when I ordered traditional wings. I was not expecting nuggets. I never eat boneless. I needed traditional wings bone in. And to top it off the fries were not edible. They were hard as a rock and I had to throw it away. Way to go

Ordered a delivery order of boneless and bone in wings. The garlic Parm boneless wings were rock hard and literally no sauce. Seemed like they were cooked hours ago. Bone in wings, exact same story. Some so hard they literally could not be eaten. Was supposed to come with a large fry. Got maybe 12 dry, old, and gross fries that we had to throw out because they were inedible. All in all, would not recommend. We were going to feed our children the food, absolutely not.

My family and I were so excited to eat wings but upon arrival we were seated rather quickly but then it fell apart. We sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever came to take our drink order, and our waitress came to 2 tables right beside ours and looked at us both times and never said anything to us, not even a “I’ll be with you in a minute”. We eventually just left. Also should mention it was a Thursday night in off season, they were not busy AT ALL.

Unfortunately our waitress (Felicity)could have used some work, I don’t know if she was new or not but she only checked on us once when we were ready to Order she wasn’t prepared, I don’t know if she was nervous or what but she wasn’t very loud and as a waitress myself your table needs to be able to hear you. We waited 10-15 mins to pay and another sever had to check us out for her. typically we eat with Derrick or Kalista who are amazing so we were very disappointed with this visit. Food was great and delicious like always!
