If I could I would rate this a zero star the staff was not interested in being there, they were more interested in talking with each other then serving tables. We asked for sauces when we order not all of them were there when it came out and a couple of our items showed up 7 minutes later then it didn’t have the right sides on it the food came out cold and all messed up. The other tables were asking for the manager and the manager never came a drunk employee sitting at the bar was talking to employees it was a hassle to get any refills. It’s so bad here we were letting the staff know that people were waiting at the door for 10-15 minutes before being greeted by a host.

Large party. Although the restaurant was partially empty, it still took us 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, it took us over an hour to get our food. I asked to speak to the manager TWICE but she never came to our table. I had to go to her at the kitchen door and she made one excuse after another for why we were still waiting on food after waiting at the table for over an hour. SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED. When the food FINALLY came out, it was lukewarm at best. Totally disappointed with the manager and how she handled the situation. Don’t come to this place. It’s slow even with hardly any people there.

Listen to the others. First time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was mediocre at best. The building is so dim it makes it feel uneasy. Not to mention the food took awhile to come out.
Based off what I saw, the waitress wasn’t bad- but someone in the back doesn’t care. My food was warm, but there was practically no sauce and the sauce had a crappy flavor. It seems like it’s all frozen or something. Not to mention the portions for your price were not very good. We got maybe 1 potato worth of fries from $5.
Go to a local wing place if you want wings. This just ain’t it.

The food here is absolutely disgusting. The wings barely had any meat and were so hard to and I got sick after an hour eating there! Definitely do NOT recommend this place. The meet from the hamburger must have been rancid because it did not taste right at all!! 10/10 do not recommend.

Horrible Buffalo Wild Wings location. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I would have left as soon as I walked in if I had not ordered online. My to go order took an extra half hour to make once I arrived and the restaurant was empty except for one table. I was ignored by the staff until one lone waiter asked what I was waiting on. If not for him, I would have had to have knocked on the kitchen door to get anyone’s attention since the other wait staff completely walked by and ignored me. I overheard inappropriate conversations being had among the employees about unexpected pregnancies and trips to Las Vegas and the f word was used frequently while I sat there being ignored. Once the order came out, it was wrong. Food was missing. I asked that it be fixed. When we got home the order was still wrong as we had some else’s boneless chicken order, no dipping sauces, and none of the veggies I requested. Please do not waste your money at this location.

Worst service I have ever had at BWWs. No management present, had to wait 10 mins to be seated and the place was only about 1/3 full. Waitress was rude and provided very poor service. It took her 20 mins to get a drink from the bar. She asked a fellow server to get it for her and they just walked away. Don’t waist your time or money at this place. Go somewhere else to eat. I have eaten at this place several times and it’s always this way. Other BWWs are nowhere near this bad even in their worst day.

it was afternoon and very slow, but about 7 people at the bar and the bartender couldn’t stand to be behind the bar. we put in a to go order and she literally went into the kitchen 3 mins after and didn’t come out until it was up. spent almost no time behind the bar at all

It took forever for food drinks etc. food was not warm and I let it go Then we waited 30 more minutes for the other half of our food. Then we waited 20 more mins on a Buffalo chicken wrap that wasn’t even buffalo. Then another 20 on a salad. The server we have also told me “The Buffalo Wild Wings policy” allowed for food to come out whenever the hell it wanted. Thanks for the worst experience for food in the area.

I got the feeling we were an inconvenience to the server. Perhaps they were just overwhelmed by how few people were there and didn't know what to do when they had to help someone. Maybe they were upset that we started with water? We have eaten here before at this location and had great experiences.
