Absolutely terrible. Everything was cold. The taste was even worse. Fried foods shouldn't be cold and soggy. Do better.

Well let's start off with this, when we got there a customer was already frustrating the cashier by an outlandish order and we felt bad for him cause of situation. When we finally ordered it was the new maple BBQ whopper one which was a dbl. While we were waiting for our order we overheard someone rudely telling the obvious new cook to pay attention to the screen that one of our burgers was a dbl not a single. If I was that cook I would have said peace out for the way he was spoke to. Then as we waited we noticed how nasty the kitchen area was. Can't figure out how they got a score of 96 on inspection cause this place was not even close to being slammed or busy. Once we got our food and left we was not impressed with the simi cold sandwiches with little toppings and sauce. Not worth the money for sure. Can't say anything about dining area cause we didn't dine in but I will say we won't be returning. Over all not a pleasant experience.

Went through the drive through, all my fried food was old and obviously sat for a very long time...... I called and was told... come back and we'll remake it tomorrow.... I came today... WHY WAS MY FOOD COLD TO BEGIN WITH. No apology... just disappointing service all around. This isn't the first time this has happened here, more like the 3rd or 4th in a year, it is the last. I'm done with your crappy Burger King that doesn't care about what they serve the public.

Can't believe they served me raw food.

They always screw up your order and the food is stale left out. I had a breakfast burrito that I returned bc it was wrong after checking it. The worker remade the 2nd burrito (which was still wrong!) and proceeded to place the old burrito I checked myself on a hot plate to give to someone else that orders it! Disgusting!!!

Experience Adele (The #1 Adele Sound-Alike!)

I am normally not one to leave a negative review - but after the experience I just had, I feel it is only right to call today's staff out. I pulled up and ordered a #1 (no onions because I'm allergic) and an order of 4 cheesy tots. I paid for my order, received my drink and shortly after received a brown bag which I put in the passenger seat while I began to pull out. I was going to snack on the cheesy tots so I was rummaging my hand around the bag and only could feel a burger and fries. I stopped the car, looked thoroughly through the bag and saw that I was missing them. There was no one in line at the drive-thru so I put the car in reverse and carefully backed up to the window again. A different girl than the first opened the window and said. Can I help you? I told her "yes, I'm missing the cheesy tots that I ordered." She immediately looked at me and said "they are in the bag." I looked at her and said "they are not in the bag. I just looked in the bag and they are missing." She then said "hold on" and closed the window. I was expecting an order of cheesy tots to come and instead I received a tall man (looks to be in his '50's/60's) with an attitude instead. I told him I was missing the cheesy tots to which he responded "They are in the bag." Dumbfounded, I looked at him and said firmly "They are literally NOT inside this bag. Would you like to LOOK inside this bag yourself?!" and I handed the bag to him. He took his hands (no gloves on) put them inside the bag and moved the burger and fries around. As he was doing this I said "I don't know where the tots were put, but they were not inside the bag and I never received them." He then leaned over the counter to look through my window and began searching in my car to see if I had an order of cheesy tots sitting somewhere outside of the bag. He closed the window and began looking for cheesy tots in the building and then came back and said " We put the cheezy tots in the bag, they were literally right there." I AGAIN told them I had not received any cheesy tots and do not know where they put the bag with cheezy tots because they did not give it to me. Honestly the fact that they just want to accuse me of stealing and argue with me instead of correcting their mistake is extremely insulting and unacceptable. They then told me that they would have to put another order of cheezy tots in and had me pull up to a door and wait.
When I got home, I opened up my burger and found onions which I am extremely allergic to on the burger.

I don't mind that they made a mistake, we're all human and we make mistakes. I don't mind that I had to wait for new cheesy tots. What I do mind is the attitude and treatment I receive from two out of three staff members. I did not appreciate the condescending attitude that was displayed toward me. I'll be contacting corporate to hold these people accountable and provide them adequate training.

Food quality was great, however, employee friendliness wasn't in the bag. Very rude & disrespectful. Store was kept clean and tidy. Clean restrooms. B-

The tater rounds was hard as a brick and the sausage croissants tasted burnt. I have tried for two days to get someone on the phone down there and no one will answer it. If I could give them a -1 I would have.
