You pay $10 for microwaved food which is worth maybe 4 and they throw a fit over over one sauce that probably costs 5 cents. The person in the window Barbara is a huge disgrace to this restaurant. Her nasty personality clearly doesn’t bother the higher up management

I visit this location often, sometimes 3x weekly due to convenience of location. Today as I approached the counter the woman expediting orders was clearly eating on the line. She was holding my order of onion rings/french fries while chewing when I asked her if she was actually eating food on the line while packaging my dinner. She quickly finished chewing & opened her mouth wide and said she wasn’t eating anything. I told the manager that I did not want my order because that’s disgusting. When I asked the woman her name she of course said Francie…F.R.A.N.C.I.E. NOT with a Y but with an I & an E The manager never said a word & her response is indicative of someone who is never held to be accountable or to any standards such as food safety & hygiene along with a serious lack of customer service ability.

I came through the other night, waited 10 minutes and spent $12 dollars to have a Whopper meal that was made wrong. I even asked at the the window if they made it right or heard my order only to have them confirm it was wrong and rush me out of the line. Not only was my $7 dollar burger wrong, they ran out of mozzarella sticks and gave me 6 sticks, half of what a large order is supposed to come with. I even tried asking to just get fries when I heard they were out, but again, with this Burger King, you don't get it your way because they don't listen to you. Very disappointed especially with how often I would come here, probably not again.
