Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area since moving here from Texas 9 years ago.

Great food and service!!!

We ordered a bunch of food to go and everything was perfect and everybody loved the food we ordered for 10 people so it was a substantial order. Thank you Cancun Mexican restaurant in Sevierville we will be back.

This is the most delicious Mexican restaurant in pigeon forge. We come here every time we are in town. The staff is so friendly and the food is wonderful. This is our favorite place to come during our visits here.

Met my daughter for lunch with my 3 yr old autistic grandson. The waiter was rude from the start. I ordered water and he brought me a Diet Coke. When my grandson became upset by the stale chips and overstimulated by the crowd and wondering where his papaw was, my daughter took him outside. I was trying to get their food packed up and pay the bill, I had to chase another server down to beg for to go boxes, I had to beg yet another server for the bill, they wouldn’t split the bill. Our server was sitting at the bar!!!
You treated my grandson like a piece of trash. Thank you to the waitress who tried to do both their jobs. I always tip big he got nothing! Do better!!
To add, I’m sorry I took the food it wasn’t good! This was my first and ONLY experience with this place. I won’t be back. And I suggest anyone with any special needs not go!

It was a steady flow in and out!! Service was great, quick and the food was hot and exactly what we ordered.

Parking: Parking is kind of small behind restaurant but there was plenty of spaces open.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid options, fun, bright and colorful.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp outside to get up sidewalk and wheelchair accessible to table

Horrible food don't waste your time or money the only thing good here was the chips and salsa the rice tasted funny and the fajitas were just blah

My husband, in-laws and I ate here during our 2023 family trip to Pigeon Forge. We also ended up in P.F. October 2024. This place was so great, that we had to come back! The food is delicious, service is excellent, great margaritas. I believe they usually have dinner and drink specials, as well. We'll be back whenever we venture this way again! (We're still in town for a few more days and had dinner here again on Tuesday night).

Great margaritas and fabulous food at a fair price, which is also good. We were a large party and the staff were very attentive, brought all our meals out together. Waited on our table as needed without being intrusive. Kept surrounding tables clean as patrons left the restaurant. Very popular with the locals. Highly recommend this restaurant for a great Mexican meal.

What a lovely dinner! My husband and I were visiting Sevierville and wanted Mexican. After seeing the reviews for Cancun, we decided to try it for dinner. It was packed and we were told it would be a 35 minute wait, but we asked about the bar and were taken there immediately. Hector and Melvin took exceptional care of us! The Texas Margaritas were top notch. Hector recommended the fajitas which were delicious! We will definitely return!

There is a reason to be on top recommended list in Google restaurants. Super attentive staff, I’m not sure if someone would think their staff are too much attentive by checking in almost every 5 mins.

By “atmosphere”, what I mean is, this place is more bustling, and lively. You feel the heat in the air.

Food is good enough for the price. Nothing to complain. I’d rather say this is a nice Mex food if you stay around.

Finally, a Mexican place that DOESN'T put pork or lard in everything! Delicious! We loved the fajitas and burritos. It's our new favorite gem in the Smokies !
