Lady at register was taking payments then touching peoples food.Visited again today (months later), and had the same issue. When I asked the lady to change her gloves she was rude about it.

This place was a completely disgusting. The floors had food and trash ALL OVER THEM . The service was HORRIBLE. The food behind on the bar was old and also a huge mess . They should be shut down and given way more training.

This is the worst experience I have had at a chipotle and I have been to many chipotles in the US. Food was nice but the counters were dirty and they had no vegetables and when they found out they had not more guacamole they didn’t care. They were very rude and talking while making our food. Overflowing garbage and just not sanitary in general. Would not recommend.

We’re local and this makes the 3rd occasion we’ve tried to eat at this location atleast a hour before you close and “they are out of everything”. Laziness and out of product is two different things…I work in a restaurant and if we close at 10pm, we serve the whole menu till 10pm..Won’t be back to this location!

The wait was long! But the food was delicious! They were short staffed and just couldn't keep up. It was also the last week in March so I assume this is one of the busier weeks (spring break). It took us 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. We were use to Dollywood lines so we handled it. Unfortunately, for the line everyone kept ordering the wrap! Those are more challenging for staff! Lol. We were nice and ordered bowls! Haha. Staff did their best. They just needed to multiply, In the end, it was worth the wait!

Food was terrible. Location was filthy. And nothing worked drink machines broken.
Every single time I order off of the chipotle app something in my order is wrong once I receive it. Every. Single. Time. I’ll wait months to order again, thinking and hoping that maybe they fixed issues and got everything together. But no. Ordered today and I was missing 3/4 of my items that I paid for. And when I go to the app to try and get my money back they only give you “rewards” that you have a month to use. I get food delivered to me at work so when it’s wrong every single time it gets really aggravating since it’s probably going to be one of my only meals of the day. Not to mention how much you pay for the food, delivery fee, tip, etc. it’s not that hard to look in a bag and double check the receipt to make sure everything is in there. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting. I didn't even bother placing an order. As soon as I walked in. There was trash all over the floor, unclean tables, The fountain drink station was extremely disgusting as well. And if you went up to the register it was full of trash and food particles all over the place. I highly recommend that people do not go to this location. I have been to other Chipotle restaurants that were amazing this one is just absolutely horrible.
My family and I are on vacation in Pigeon Forge. We decided to get something quick and healthy from Chipotle before going shopping. When we arrived and walked inside we were immediately disgusted. There was food and trash everywhere all over the floors, counters and tables. We usually love Chipotle, but it turned our stomachs. The final straw was when taking my son to use the restroom amd there was urine all over the floor. We left and chose to eat at another restaurant due to the unsanitary conditions. I am asking that manager train the employees and make them clean the store.

My boy ordered a chicken bowl and asked for corn on the side because he doesn’t like jalapeños. The lady told me she had to ring it up as a separate side even though it’s part of the bowl. I told her that we literally always do that and her response was “well I’m the one ringing it up and that’s how I’m going to do it”.
