The black cherry ice cream was very good! I personally would have liked it better with some chocolate!

The manager was shrud and acted as if she hated her job. The apples are delicious and worth every penny. The strawberrys are a waste of money so not worth it.

Everything chocolate, caramel, fudge and specialty caramel apples. Sweet delights for young and old. Not only were the treats great but the customer service couldn't have been better. If you're in Pigeon Forge, you've got to try it.

Almost fell off the table outside with broken benches. The spoons they give are too cheap and flimsy to eat your ice cream, my kids were so frustrated trying to eat it and were covered in cream- no public bathrooms to wash their hands after. Not sure what ingredients they use but we all ended with stomach aches and had different flavors. Needs some major updates

I just visited Chocolate Monkey for the first time ever n at this location. The ice cream was very yummy and the favors are creative. But what I loved the most was the customer service. I was served by Joann and Christine. AWESOME, AMAZING, SWEET, FRIENDLY AND BEAUTIFUL IS THE DESCRIPTION THAT I CHOOSE TO USE FOR THESE YOUNG LADIES. I wish this service is what I receive whatever place I visit. This type of behavior can change America in such a positive way. These young ladies deserve a raise n or bonus. I will never forget my experience at my first Chocolate Monkey ❤️

Friend and I stopped in to have a sweet treat on 2 different day while staying in the area. On both days I had a hand dipped frozen banana. She got a frozen banana on one day and a Carmel Apple on another. If your in need of a sweet treat The Chocolate Monkey is the place to get it. Stop on in and enjoy.

Looking for some Late night ice cream and stumbled across this place. The staff was very rude and tried to get us out as fast as possible when nobody else was in there. We had never been in before and needed some time to look and try things. We finally checked out and decided to eat on their patio. Right after we sat down outside they turned the lights out on us and made us sit and eat in the dark even though they clearly saw us sitting there. They also were not sweeping the store correctly by just spreading the dirt on the floor around rather than into a dustpan. Makes me wonder what else they don’t clean properly. Product was great but will not be returning because of the rude service.
Better than Baskin Robbins. TikTok's Grandpa Gumbo loved it and he said hello.

This is favorite Chocolate Monkey location. It is extremely clean, the employees are well versed on the items, and the store is well taken care of. My personal favorite is the white chocolate and chocolate chip caramel apple. My husband prefers the salted chocolate coated marshmallows. Stop by this store, you wont regret it!

The fudge and apples are very delicious, but the prices are outrageous. The place actually looks like a hamburger restaurant, but it doesn’t have restrooms. You can eat inside or outside. My three year old needed to use the restroom, and the lady working there said they didn’t have public restrooms. She told my little girl to stop at the gas station and use the restroom. I didn’t even see a gas station near by. I thought that was very rude. The other employee working there laughed at all my questions that I asked about the food items. You do need better customer service. We wanted to visit the next day and purchase more fudge, but instead we went to a different place.
