We make a couple of visits to Pigeon Forge each year. When we do, we like to go to the Chop House. This visit did not disappoint. I made our reservations online this time. We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation and were warmly greeted by the hostess. We were given a booth in a nice area away from the front door. Our server was pleasant, friendly and attentive. I ordered the House Pork Chop and it came with a small amount of fried apples and a nicely done Baked Potato. Our Server, Kaitlyn, then brought out Hot Bread with some Honey Butter. Yum. When our food came, it was hot and fresh. There was also a tangy sauce that came with the Pork Chop. I enjoyed that sauce very much but cannot remember what it was! My Chop was done to my liking and it was very thick. I could not finish the baked potato. Kaitlin was good about checking up on us often, and offered a refill on my sweet tea to go, but I declined. All in all, it was a good experience and we plan to be back again.

Heard great things about this place so decided to give it a try. Nope, just nope. Got the 'Chef's Special'-filet with green peppercorn sauce. Totally inedible. The service was incredible but the manager argued with me. He said the nasty, jarred brown gravy was their version of peppercorn saucw-not even close. They did give us the $6 deviled egg appetizer but charged full price for the inedible entree. There are too many good restaurants in Pigeon Forge to take your chance with this one.

Amazing dinner at Chop House Sevierville! Had such a wonderful dining experience yesterday! Our waiter Sean was absolutely fantastic - so helpful and attentive with everything we asked for. The restaurant was spotless and had such a delightful atmosphere. We loved that it's conveniently located in Tanger Outlets, so we could enjoy some shopping after our meal! Perfect combination of great food, excellent service, and convenient location. Highly recommend! Me and my wife went the the Chop House for our anniversary. This was our second time at this restaurant with the first time being very good. The waitress came by and asked if we wanted an appetizer so we went with the Voodoo shrimp. It was very good so we were excited for our entrees. I ordered the filet mignon and my wife ordered a ribeye. When I got my filet, I was questioning the size of it. I ordered the 9 ounce and it looked like a 6 ounce. Not wanting to be an issue I went ahead and cut into the steak. I ordered it medium and when I cut into it, I noticed that it was kind of hard to cut and that it was cooked well done. Again not wanting to cause a problem on our anniversary, I went ahead and ate the steak. After dinner, I asked my wife how her steak was and she said that for the price it wasn't any better than Texas Roadhouse. I think I will try some other places going forward.
Spectacular!! Came out for mom’s bday and had a great time. Christine was our server I got name right. Food was very tasty. Service was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful time…

We had a problem with the kitchens quality but our server Samantha and the manager stepped up and made sure our experience was better with the second opportunity
