Sean/Shaun was absolutely amazing to me and my friends! The host had a little animosity as I understand it was very busy but being mindful we're still paying customers. Other than that, 10/10 experience.

This is truly an outstanding experience! We enjoyed Samantha's personal service. She was professional, elegant with her serving demeanor and noticed that cinnamon was missing from our sweet potatoes. The Mahi Mahi was well prepared and served with a tangy pineapple topping. Samantha kept both water and iced tea glasses full and graciously prepared key lime pie (delicious) to go! We will be back. Be certain to have reservations!

The table we got was next to the exhaust fan of the kitchen and it was so loud you couldn't hear the background music. We asked to be seated elsewhere and the second table was much better! We ordered the sirloin steak and the mahi-mahi.  the steak was good and the onion rings were super good! Fried to perfection, super crisp but not oily at all! The fish dish was super small and it was overcooked and therefore dry and yet it still had a fishy flavor to it! I mixed it with a lot of tartar sauce to be able to eat it. The server was fine but at one point he got overwhelmed with guests and did not come back to our table for a while so I had to refill my wine myself. Not a big deal, but some restaurants think thats important.

Food was great and corn tamale cake appetizer is our favorite. Service started slow waited 7 minutes after being seated for server but once the server got to the table it was good from then on

Went there on Dec 30th at 6:30pm got seated right away ordered an appetizer and drinks got them shortly we were still eating our appetizer, and they brought the salad now we have not started the main course is brought out by the time we get to it, it is cold the fish is over seasoned. We are thru it takes the waitress 30 min to get our check and that too was handed to another waitress so she could check us out.

We had a reservation at 7:45pm and once sat at our table we didn’t get to order until 8:30pm. We ordered four 50$ steaks that tasted like liver. Not sure if you have had liver before it’s the worst taste, since we ate around 9:00pm I didn’t wanted to mention anything of fear that they make the food again and take another 30 minutes. The rest of the appetizer was good and the dessert was great but paying 200$ for steaks that tasted like liver is a huge disappointment. And to add on a member of our party ordered her stake well done and her stake was rare.

The steaks were delicious as well As the calamari and shrimp Appetizer. The service was very good. My grandsons steak was a bit overdone and they immediately made him a new one and it was perfect. A great experience!!

Picked up Thanksgiving Dinner. Very nice process. Very professional with detailed instructions. Delicious food and adequate portions. Will do again. Enjoy Chop House anytime!

I love chophouse! I have been going there for many years. My cocktail was on point and our waitress could not have done a better job. However, my prime rib was so tough that you could barely cut it with a knife. I asked for a medium and it was obviously overcooked. My husband seafood pasta wasn't great either. The kids menus and the cocktails and the salads were all on point but they need to step up their game with their entrées

Been eating here for a number of years feel more care could be taken to be sure table is clean before someone is seated and napkins are clean. Our table was almost clean and napkin had something on it.
