My husband and I visit the area several times a year and Chubby’s has always been a place we’ve wanted to try. It took us years, but we finally went there, and my goodness, it was some of the most delicious food we’ve had in the area! We’re constantly looking for hole in the wall restaurants and this one did not disappoint. I knew when we walked in and the sign says only cash or checks we were about to eat some amazing food and we did. We got the chili tots, regular burger, double jalapeño and pepper jack burger and the chicken tenders. Everything was delicious especially the burgers. I will definitely come back when we’re in the area again.
Make sure you order the beef tips. They are amazing! Short wait time to be seated and good service. Fried Pickles were very good. This is a great place to eat at an affordable price.
