I’m sharing this to hopefully get management or corporate attention.
We purchased a box of 4 Original Cinnabons from the Cinnabon at Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, TN on December 11. Unfortunately, the cinnamon rolls were extremely stale and dry and clearly not fresh.
The following morning, we noticed a handwritten date on the box that read September 9. If that date indicates when the product was made or packaged, that would mean we were sold cinnamon rolls that were approximately three months old.
We paid roughly $22 for this box, which is disappointing given the quality and expectation of freshness associated with the Cinnabon brand.
I’m posting this in hopes that management or corporate will look into this location’s food handling and dating practices. I am extremely disappointed.

We take a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN several times a year. We are so excited to go here and get our Cinnabon roll, sometimes twice while we are here. However, this time we were so disappointed! The Roll was so dry and had very little icing. I have no idea what they have done, but won't be going back for sometime. When you spend $30.00, you expect it to be awesome!

Cinnamon pretzel bites were okay. They didn't seem like they usually do. The cinnamon bun was extremely disappointing. It's been many years since I have had cinnabon. The cinnamon bun used to be really big, warm and gooey. Not this one.
