We take a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN several times a year. We are so excited to go here and get our Cinnabon roll, sometimes twice while we are here. However, this time we were so disappointed! The Roll was so dry and had very little icing. I have no idea what they have done, but won't be going back for sometime. When you spend $30.00, you expect it to be awesome!

Cinnamon pretzel bites were okay. They didn't seem like they usually do. The cinnamon bun was extremely disappointing. It's been many years since I have had cinnabon. The cinnamon bun used to be really big, warm and gooey. Not this one.

Horrible waited literally 1 hour after it was supposed to be open at 11 am. A lot of people were waiting besides us it's ridiculous that there is no management at this location.
