Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We ordered a cake for pickup on 1/2/2026. Upon arrival, the employees said that the order was never received. We received a confirmation and it was provided. They said that it was not in their system. The woman said that the general manager said that they would honor it. We bought a generic cake because we had to have one by 12 1/3/2026, but were still charged $46 which is the full price for a custom cake. We had no choice, we needed the cake for the birthday, but it's a random cake that doesn't meet the theme. Why no discount? Why full price? We buy a cake every year from this location, but not again. Very disappointed 😞

We love coming to this location! Food is always fresh and delicious! Staff is wonderful. Vickie helped us today and she was lovely! 10/10 recommend!

We dined in and there was only two people working,(Andrew and we didn’t catch the name of the other lady) but the food was hot and fresh, brought out quickly and served with care. Andrew’s hospitality and customer service was especially notable. Would recommend!

The only reason I am giving one star is because the staff was so nice. The ice cream we ordered (3 banana splits and a cookie dough flurry) was so bad we didn't eat them! I am hoping we don't get sick, the ice cream tasted soured and the bananas were frozen or green or both. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Waited 15 minutes and when our ice cream did not come I went back up to the counter and found that they had lost our order. Waited another 15 minutes for them to make our ice cream products. I could understand the wait if they were busy but they were not.

Ice cream was good but drive through service wasnt..Girl didn't speak..Was on her phone ..And what happened to saying be blessed? Not doing that anymore either? People really need to teach the younger generation to stop being rude
