Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Family went through drive thru and when cashier gave the change back she made the comment don’t forget to tip your server. Didn’t think much about it until after when putting the change away, but she actually helped herself to a tip. Never going back and would recommend everyone count the change to make sure it is correct! Fortunately there are many places to get ice cream in the area!

The man who took my order was extremely nice. Of course my blizzard was awesome

There was not enough staff. The young lady taking orders was also taking orders to tables. Orders that were ready were backed up waiting for delivery. 2 of the 3 people in our group were done eating and we had to go ask for the 3rd persons order.

Waited 20 mins inside for a blizzard and cupfection. Dining room was filthy, all the while employees goofing off in the back. Soda fountain leaking water onto the floor where a towel sits to collect water. It seemed as though their main concern was the drive thru.

God damn awful. The first time I had to come out of drive through wait 30 minutes for them to bring order after being told to pull up to the back door l.then after no one came out I went inside and joined the line for a refund. They did so expidicously and offered a free drink which I decline. Now I went back today placed and order and asked for bottle water for drink, pulled up to the window as directed only to be ignored. Service is piss poor.Bye!

Molding icing for their cakes. Yup you all eat out of black mold containers and thy hide w2s so good luck getting your tax return.

Extremely nice staff that delivered great tasting food. Lisa was our cashier and delivered our food also. She was very nice and well spoken.

We had to wait like 20 mins for our food because yalls employees are just talking or playing on their phone. We had to ask them to give us our complete order, we had to ask them to remake our order. It was truly ridiculous. We were the only customers there as well 💀
