We go weekly to get a blizzard and weekly they are out of chocolate ice cream and it is a new reason
Last week it was a plug this week is we did not gave time to clean it. I will keep you updated for next week

Service at this location is awful! They forgot to add ranch dressing or silverware. When I called in to let them know the lady rudely said well don’t you have ranch dressing at home. Mind you, I obviously do not have ranch when I was ordering a salad. It was incredibly rude.

Ordered online as I was walking in. After waiting 15 minutes past the estimated time on my app I went to ask about my order. An employee looked in the computer, got the manager and all of a sudden my order was canceled. The manager said she had no idea what had happened, her only advice to put my order in again. She said she had never seen an order canceled and figured because they were busy it was canceled. When I walked in my parents (different order) were the only people without food in the restaurant, everyone else had been served. There was a line at the drive through but it wasn’t as big as when we left! Horrible customer service:

We got a shake and a sundae. And it took over 10 minutes. We were the only people inside. There wasn't anyone in the drive thru when we went inside. But when cars came thru they focus on the drive thru and made us wait.
