Kids had fun. The day before we came here we went to the Flavortown. It has an arcade that is pretty close to the same size. We got more playtime and better prizes than here for less money

Worst experience ever food was not good then they wouldn't combine tickets on cards so kids could get prizes. Everyone was rude and acted like they did not want to deal with people. It wasn't even crowed when we went. Spoke to a manager because the arcade person rolled his eyes and was hateful to my son and daughter and she did not care at all. Nothing was done at all said oh I'm sorry and did not want to do anything. We will never spend another dollar in this place. It's crazy even management does not care how people are treated. If you have kids stay away from this place.

As widespread as this brand is, it's a welcome break from the busyness of the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, believe it or not. We went on a weekday afternoon as a break from the scheduled activities we had for our vacation. It wasn't crowded, almost all of the machines/games were operational, and the staff were very helpful. My family had a great time!

It’s got cool game and everything but for the price it sucks, a bunch of games you have to pay extra to even play, and we had to wait almost half an hour because the card machine was broken (edit) the wings and fries are pretty good

Very unhappy with the change made to where you buy chips on your card and you only have 90 min to use it no matter how much money you put on your card. I have a special needs son and we go about once a week and put money on our card each time so we have plenty to play next time, he gets tired easy so we would just come back the next day or the next week…..nope not anymore. Just lost a loyal customer over this. Very disappointed in a “ fun family environment “!

Instead of a traditional formal rehearsal dinner, we opted for a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, and Dave & Buster's delivered in every aspect. The staff was phenomenal from start to finish, handling every aspect with incredible attention and care. Being from out of state, we truly appreciated their warm hospitality and how smoothly everything went. Our guests had a blast, and we created memories that will last a lifetime. We will definitely be back whenever we're in the area!

We were so excited to discover that Pigeon Forge had a Dave and Buster’s because we had never been. I’ve never had worse service at any restaurant in my life. The waitress who thought she was good enough to take our order without writing it down. Forgot our appetizer completely a different girl brought our food out after about 36 minutes of us sitting there after ordering our appetizer and I said we didn’t get our appetizer. She sat our food down walked away and then I needed ketchup and mayonnaise but no one ever asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The original waitress brought our check and said is everything still ok? I didn’t even muster a response to her. I needed mayo and my chips and queso. Ummmm still ok? It was never ok and she didn’t even apologize for never bringing our appetizer it was literally never mentioned again. The burger I got was ok but definitely not worth the $42 for such a shitty first experience.
