Drive thru is ridiculously slow. They also have this terrible policy of not touching cards so they hand out this contraption on a stick out the window for you to tap or swipe. First question is how much tip. Yeah, no thanks.

I stopped here as we were heading home from vacation. The drive thru line was long so I went inside to order. The inside was filled with people waiting on their orders. I was not greeted nor acknowledged as I stood at the counter to waiting to order for at least 10 minutes. During my wait others who had previously ordered had to wait at the counter to ask about their orders. This has been my worst experience ever in customer service at a Dunkin Donuts. Please do better! Oh yea....when I did receive my order the coffee had been spilled all down the side of the cup. Presentation was certainly trash!!

I would give negative stars if I could. The parking lot is not big enough to have a lobby. If you park in a space then your blocked in once 5 cars get in the drive thru line. Then when you get out you have to wait in the drive thru line anyway just to leave. So we go thru drive thru. We sat in line for 4t min. I wanted mocha frozen coffee add Carmel flavor. Add Carmel syrup. And when I got to the window not only dis they ring my order in wrong but when I tried to tell them what I ordered they just couldn't understand how to add Carmel to a normal drink on the menu. I watched the shift lead get on the headset and go "idk what the problem is or what this lady wants" so I just drove off and decided to skip the treat. Im beyond angry. I had already spent close to an hour I wasn't going to argue with them and deal with that disrespectful attitude when her iq was the problem.

The last 3 times I got donuts at Dunkin Donuts they weren't good. Like they leave them out and let them get stale. Today in Sevierville same thing. Won't be going to Dunkin anymore

C’mon corporate- have better management. We just came here at 11:30 on Sunday morning and their lobby was closed due to staffing?? I’m sure y’all make enough money to staff your store.
This facility is in dire need of upgrading and retraining. The last 2 times I stopped before 10am they were either out of what I ordered online, leaving me no option to change or cancel, just choose something else and the munchkins I did end up with were chewy and old.

I have ordered twice now ... wanting the VANILLA CREME filled POWERED donuts and I have got the heart shaped ones ... one had the creme on top with chocolate and the other one had the powder on top but was filled with a different creme 😤

I ordered online in Kodak showed up at 8: 29 and they were closed so I went to this one and they were open and accommodated my order for the one in Kodak. The two guys that works night shift on 1/19/2025 were amazing.

I was trying to give Dunkin the benefit of the doubt, but the 1st time I went I got an iced latte, and it tasted like there was no sweetener or the caramel I asked for. The 2nd time I went was this morning, and I got the exact same coffee, and I'm pretty sure there is no coffee in it at all. It's super white like milk, and is so sweet that it tastes like vanilla ice cream. I probably won't be back to Dunkin for a while. The coffee is always hit or miss.
