Update. I was taking hubby to Dr appt so i dropped in the Seymour Dunkin and they fixed me a new Triple Mocha. Perfect. I updated my rating.

Usually my coffees are great but today I got the worst ive ever had from Dunkin. Idk what happened but it has no flavor. Triple Mocha Frozen.

The donuts I received were so bad. I purchased a dozen of mixed in the drive thru. They were old. For $17 plus dollars they were awful. I’ve bought better at Krogers. So so sad!

My family and I came through the Drive-Thru when it was storming heavily. We rolled down our window to order and rain was pouring into the vehicle. There were no other cars in drive, so we just pulled up to the window so we could order one single donut without getting flooded out in our car.

A very rude guy with his ears pierced came to the window chewing on food, and told me he wasn’t going to allow us to place our order at the window and that we should have waited longer. We left and went to Andy’s next door, while he and his coworkers stared at us through the window for an extended period of time.

Honestly the most pathetic customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it’s not like it’s a high bar with a coffee shop. We will never return to this location.
