Love how there is someone to greet and take customers' orders. We went here because the one north east of pigeon forge ran out of everything. Told us to order from a machine knowing they had literally nothing but coffee. No donut one, not even bacon or sausage. This Dunkin was friendly and made you feel welcomed. I ordered the wrong bread for my sandwhich and they allowed a full exchange for free after i told them id pay for it.We will be back the next time we travel to Pigeon forge.. .Parking: Pending on which direction to come from, it can be tight getting to.
Wonderful experience!! I love this Dunkin, the yummiest coffee I’ve ever had. The girls that work there are my favorite people in the world, especially Rachel!! She provided incredible service!! Stellar performance!!! Impeccable coffee skills!! I will be back!!! (As long as Rachel works there.)
We went through the drive through and the person never said thank you or anything. The donuts we received were so hard that we couldn't even eat them. I will not be going back there again.
I get coffee/food at this location twice a week, usually. I order ahead as I'm always on my way to work. The coffee is perfect 9 times out of 10. And we all have off days so it's not a big deal whatsoever. My order is ready when I get there. The staff is always friendly. Seriously, the best Dunkin in the area.

Ghost of Alpha
Came here in the early morning for two chicken biskets. The biskets were very dry and just crumbled. Clearly made the day before. The chicken tasted odd. I could barely stand one of these, and whoever cut it did so at an odd angle. I won't come back in the early morning and will go to the drive-through only location down the road that, for some reason, doesn't show up on Google maps.
The donuts were not fresh. Service was quick, but the donuts tasted like they were from the day before. Clean on the inside

I stop here every once in a while and my orders have been correct every single time without checking the bag. Well I stopped this morning and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and an order of their bacon well I get to work and my bacon isn't in the bag and to be charged for something that wasn't in my bag doesn't sit well with me. do better Dunkin
