Dutch Bros Coffee

The drink was great, but the drive-thru experience was really frustrating. Dutch Bros has two ordering lanes. One lane had multiple cars lined up, and the other had just one. We chose to stay in the lane with multiple cars so we wouldn’t cut in front of anyone, and we even asked the worker if we should switch lanes. She told us no and said we’d still be behind the same car.

We waited our turn, but as we were about to pull up, a car that hadn’t been waiting in our line came from the other lane and went ahead of us. After about 15 minutes of waiting, another car pulled up, cut in front of us, and ordered directly at the drive-thru window. When we asked why that car wasn’t told to circle back around, the worker just shrugged.

The drink itself was great, but the lack of organization and communication in the drive-thru really took away from the experience.

I mean let's be honest if you're going to drink coffee you might as well drink it super sweet from a hot little Barista chick that's way cooler then your mom or wife and says bro and dude a whole lot. My only complaint is they never have enough stickers anymore

Only complaint is I ordered online and it took longer than if I would of went through the drive through , the customer service though is always on point always a positive crew that is helpful and friendly.

Only go here if you have about 1 hour to wait for your drinks. Decent coffee at most, terrible service. And the reason for so many reviews about this Andrew guy? Watched him tell customers he will either give them a free coffee in exchange for a 5 star review OR when their coffee was ready he wouldn’t hand it over until they wrote him a review and mentioned his name, while fooling around and posing for photos. Again, holding people’s drinks hostage until they give him a good review. Shows how bad this place is. Don’t recommend.

My girlfriend loves Dutch bros and ever since we moved we hadn't seen one, when she saw this driving through servierville she freaked! We had to go and get her favorite creme de menth mocha, and boy was she happy! Thank you Dutch fam! Always incredible service. Please expand into the south carolina, greenville area. We will be your biggest fans.

I tried the Golden Eagle. I can't say it was great. I almost think they may have forgotten one of the ingredients. The lady at the windows had a valley girl vibe that was a real turn-off.

Very long wait and decent coffee. Loved that they had protein milk to add protein to the coffee instead of powder.

Dutch bros has been making good coffee for a while and it just keeps getting better. If you haven't tried their winter offerings I highly recommend you do. I am a blended caramelizer man myself but I hear they have other stuff.

Andrew at the drive through window was amazing so nice and friendly! Thanks for the awesome Christmas Spirit Andrew. All the staff in the ordering process was awesome and so patient too, as it was my first time trying and I was trying to figure out what to order.
