Dutch Bros Coffee

Drinks are delicious. We waited 30min bc we ordered outside while we watched the drive through zip through. So whatever you do....wait in the drive through line over going to the counter.

Service is super slow when they opened they were good on speed of getting drinks out now one drink takes over 10 minutes! Y’all gotta do better

They are a little slow which is weird because you see all the baristas running around like mad men everywhere making drinks. However everything is excellent as far as the coffee and energy drinks go. Just wish they wouldn't give me less of my drink when I ask for light ice. I don't want to pay $8 for ice folks. LoL. Aside from that I highly recommend

Kali is awesome! she was the only person manning the drive thru orders and she was amazing! very fast and even when her card reader broke she resolved the issue quickly. so sweet will be returning next time we are in town!! :)

Love the iced golden eagle. The service was extremely slow, had to wait in line for at least 30 minutes.

I stopped by the Sevierville location this morning and just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing broistas—especially the girl from Phoenix! I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special. She went above and beyond by comping my drink, giving me stickers, and making me feel genuinely appreciated as a Dutch Bros customer. She is the BEST… despite attending my rival college! 😂💙💚🩵

Wow, Ductch Bros is amazing. I only get coffee because my wife lives off of the stuff, but I could drink their coffee all day. Their coffee blows Tim Hortons and Starbucks out of the water. Very smooth and flavorful coffee. The service is phenomenal and every employee I interacted with has been very kind and helpful. Bring your company to Michigan.

Best coffee experience ever. I loved the banter that the drive-thru order taker provided, and it made the wait less painful. The coffees that we ordered were hot and very tasty. We had a cookie butter hot cocoa, americano, and a flapjack iced latte. The flapjack was okay, but I like the other one I tried earlier in the week. The pumpkin creme burle was much better tasting, in my opinion, but both still great coffees.

The drinks were just happiness in a cup and the cold foam is a need. The food is just muffin tops but they are amazing.
