They are a little slow which is weird because you see all the baristas running around like mad men everywhere making drinks. However everything is excellent as far as the coffee and energy drinks go. Just wish they wouldn't give me less of my drink when I ask for light ice. I don't want to pay $8 for ice folks. LoL. Aside from that I highly recommend

Kali is awesome! she was the only person manning the drive thru orders and she was amazing! very fast and even when her card reader broke she resolved the issue quickly. so sweet will be returning next time we are in town!! :)

I stopped by the Sevierville location this morning and just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing broistas—especially the girl from Phoenix! I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special.
