This is the absolute best of all the small town restaurants I know. There is a skylift, a store next door and the food is honestly the best I have had!! I sincerely mean that. We had lunch and breakfast and it can’t be beat. Go to the top of the skylift sit awhile and enjoy the views. Complimentary moon pies and water await

Great food. Great service. There was a man by the road I believe he just had got his mail, he waved us in here with a smile and asked us how many in our party at the car. Awesome place

The mountains are my go to place for vacation. We go there for a week twice a year and tried Elvira's for the first time on our most recent trip. We had the best breakfast and service that we received at any of the places we have gone to bar none. Wish we had tried it years ago. We were supposed to go to the Old Mill the next morning and decided to go back to Elvira's. That is how good it is.

If you find yourself rolling through Wears Valley between Townsend and Pigeon Forge, TN. with an un-bearable hunger, point your hungry self straight toward Elvira’s Café. Trust me—your taste buds will thank you, your belt might not.

I ordered the Mountain Man Omelette, and let me tell you: if a lumberjack, a chef, and a fat guy teamed up, this is exactly what they’d create. It’s hearty, flavorful, and big enough to make you question whether you’ve been underestimating breakfast your whole life. Add in their biscuits and gravy—fluffy clouds covered in pure Southern sausage flavored comfort—and I’m convinced Elvira has some sort of delicious breakfast witchcraft going on back in that kitchen.

The service? Friendlier than your favorite aunt. The vibe? Cozy mountain charm with a side of “please never let this plate end.”

In short: Elvira’s Café is a breakfast blessing. If you leave hungry, that’s on you. Go. Eat. Be happy.

Elvira’s Cafe is a quaint, local eatery nestled in the Wears Valley region just West of Pigeon Forge and Northwest of Gatlinburg. It offers both Breakfast and Lunch Menus with expeditious service. Me and my Fiancee enjoyed a nice lunch here for only 35$, not including tip. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we were even suggested an attraction that we’d hadn’t been made aware of previously and even given directions.

I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was ok. Unfortunately, found something like plastic in food that made us loose appetite.

Find out where the locals like to eat and you'll never be disappointed! Elvira's is off the beaten path, and seems to use all locally sourced food. Our wait was friendly; the parking lot was crowded and we are adding this to our list of places we'll come back to! Thanks Elvira's. 😃🏆

The bad - The ham taste like it had been dowsed with a full box of salt. Inedible. The crepes were buckwheat with no sweetness to them.

The good- the omelet was good and hearty. The hash rows were a ball of delicious cheese hashbrowns. The servers were busy bees and smiled while they talked to you.

I would have to eat there again and try something new to make a final decision on this establishment.
