I had an issue with the cashier on the 8th of March. The female cashier told me the wrong total and I paid 2 dollars more. When I looked at the receipt it said 20 plus change not 22 plus change. It is just 2 dollars and it won't change my life but what is right is right. After she gave me my money back she said something under her breath right in front of my face to the sandwich assembler next to her then he started shouting some words I didn't hear clearly but I knew they were directing that at me. Horrible experience and I will never go back if I see her there. I may be judging by the cover but she looked like she was a little shady, maybe have an addiction problem. Maybe she does this to other people so she can get extra money for her fix. I know its hard to find good help but depending on people like that will drive people away.

Good food good service and a welcoming atmosphere.Ever since they installed the “ TIP “ selection on the check out , if you select “NONE”, your service and food go downhill Quick!They removed the Military, First Responders 10% discount and our order looked like they pulled it out of the Trash Can …?Probably our last meal at Firehouse Subs…!Well…Bye…!Parking: Nothing to add.

Picked up dinner for the family and friends.Called it in and picked it up as scheduled.Great sandwiches. We had 8 different subs. All were good. They all got eaten.Try these guys out. You won't be disappointed.

The young gentleman who greeted me at the window was so polite and sweet! I ended up having to pull forward and wait a bit, and the other young gentleman that brought my food out was also extremely polite and apologetic for my wait. As always, the sandwiches were awesome, the customer service from those two young men just stood out!! Not many young people even know how to use manners anymore. Coming from someone who's in their lower 20's
